Research On The Construction And Optimization Path Of Hubei Provincial Government Data Open Platform

In the cause of promoting the construction of a network power and the modernization of the national governance system,the digital transformation of the government has been carried out nationwide.Thanks to the development of Internet technology,the construction of open data platform has become an important measure to improve the quality of government services and administrative efficiency.To strengthen the construction of data open platform,activate the vitality of the market,provide better services for the public,and give full play to the value of data deposited by the government,it is necessary to increase the openness and sharing level of data.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we must continuously adhere to and improve the administrative system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and continuously develop people’s democracy throughout the entire process.Therefore,the open platform of government data is directly related to the development of innovative government in China.The construction of Hubei provincial government data open platform has gone through the initial stage,during which many problems have been exposed.This paper uses case analysis,comparative analysis,etc.to analyze the current situation,existing problems,cause analysis,optimization path,etc.of the construction of Hubei provincial government data open platform,including deficiencies in relevant laws and regulations,the nonuniform platform construction specifications,the single platform function The lack of professional talents is the reason why the construction level of Hubei Provincial Government’s data open platform cannot reach the first tier in the country.Based on the new public service theory and digital governance theory,this paper has analyzed the existing problems in depth,combined with the development situation of Hubei Province,started with policy formulation,improved the construction specification and management mechanism of the platform,and formulated corresponding talent introduction and training programs,so as to improve the comprehensive level of the construction of Hubei Provincial Government’s data open platform.
