| With the gradual acceleration of urbanization construction and the rapid development of technology,a large number of migrant workers have entered cities, leading to frequent population mobility.Under the combined effects of multiple factors such as the dissolution of the original unit system and the promotion of the community system, people’s original lifestyles and habits are constantly changing with the environment, and their emotional connections become weak. There is a clear polarization in the participation of activities and emotional belonging in urban communities, with one side being the active participation and strong sense of community belonging of the elderly group, and the other side being the negative treatment and nihilistic sense of belonging of the young and middle-aged group. This emotional difference also indirectly reflects the lack of "flexibility" in the modern governance system dominated by rationalism, which makes the relationship between the masses and policy executors at the grass-roots level tense. Can we start with daily activities and find ways to improve residents’ perception of community activities and enhance their overall sense of belonging, thereby providing direction for popularizing the "Fengqiao Experience" and promoting community governance?Based on this, this paper selects the typical and representative M community as the observation object, and then makes regression analysis on community activities and sense of belonging from four aspects: understanding, willingness to participate, feelings of participation, and attraction of activities. This paper constructs a theoretical model based on the social exchange theory, then analyzes the feelings of each subject in community activities with the expectancy theory.Collect data in M community and use software for regression analysis. Finally, construct a regression equation model to explore the relationship between the two.The research results indicate that young and middle-aged groups and tenants have significantly lower willingness to participate in community activities and a sense of belonging, with fewer participation behaviors; In the category of political appearance, residents with political identity show stronger willingness to participate in community activities,a sense of belonging, and more participation behaviors than residents without political identity.Among the factors such as residents’ understanding of community activities and willingness to participate, their perception of participating in community activities and perceived attractiveness are the main factors that affect residents’ sense of belonging, and they are all positively correlated with the impact of community belonging. Therefore, this article aims to strengthen the promotion of the event and create a strong atmosphere for the event;Organize activities that meet the emotional needs of residents and stimulate their desire to participate in activities;Establish a community activity charter to ensure the long-term implementation of activities;Provide suggestions on setting a humanistic example and strengthening community cohesion, laying foundation for promoting emotion governance. |
