Chester Barnard is the founder of the Western modern management theory social system school. His influence on management thinking is extremely far-reaching,and he is known as the father of modern management theory.Barnard believes that organization is a system for consciously coordinating various activities to eliminate individual restrictions. The survival of an organization depends on the collaboration among members, the management of manager and the internal and external balance of the organization.Collaboration is the foundation of an organization's operation,Achieving unity of organizational efficiency and energy efficiency through collaboration is a necessary prerequisite for maintaining organizational survival;Manager is the nerve center of the organization, and his management is the key factor for the survival of the organization; The internal and external balance of an organization means that the internal elements of the organization are balanced, the organization and the external environment are balanced. It is the condition of organizational survival and the goal of organizational development. After research,it was found that the current Young Pioneers do not have a strong sense of belonging to the Young Pioneers organization. The specific performance is as follows:Young Pioneers' organizational identity is not strong, they do not understand the organization, and they are not dependent;Young Pioneers' role awareness is lacking, and their enthusiasm for participating in Young Pioneers' activities can be further improved;Young Pioneers have insufficient emotional input into the Young Pioneers organization, and their service awareness is weak, etc. How to enhance the sense of belonging, glory and pride of the Young Pioneers as soon as possible, and to increase the attractiveness and cohesion of the Young Pioneers organization is also a major practical issue that needs to be studied.According to Barnard's systematic organization theory analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the young pioneers' lack of organizational belonging are as follows:First of all,the Young Pioneers organization has not yet formed a true collaboration system, which is manifested by ignoring the young pioneers' personal efforts, attaching importance to organizational efficiency, and ignoring the existence of informal organizations.Secondly, the responsibilities of the Young Pioneer Counselors are weakened, manifested as a deviation of the position and leadership of the Young Pioneer Counselors, and the lack of professional functions of the Young Pioneer Counselors. Finally, the internal and external balance of the Young Pioneer organization is poor, manifested in the imbalance between the Young Pioneers' individual contributions and the internal incentives of the organization, and the lack of benign interaction between the Young Pioneer organization and the school, family, community and other external environments.Based on Barnard's systematic organization theory,by optimizing the Young Pioneers management perspective to enhance the Young Pioneers' sense of organizational belonging,we can start with the following:Further promote the systematic cooperation construction of the Young Pioneers organization, meet the personal development needs of the Young Pioneers, meet the requirements fororganizational efficiency and efficiency, and strengthen the management and control of informal organizations;Fully implement the management responsibilities of the Young Pioneers instructors, enhance the leadership authority of the Young Pioneers instructors, and enhance the professional functions of the Young Pioneers instructors;Maintain the living space of the Young Pioneers organization, maintain the balance between the internal balance and the external environment, and formulate incentives so that the Young Pioneers organization can form a synergy of education with schools, families and communities.
