Research On The Optimization Of The Grassroots Social Security Prevention And Control System Construction In Zhaoqing City

Zhaoqing city,as a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province,has been faced with certain pressure of social security management while realizing rapid social development in recent years.Zhaoqing city has taken a series of working measures in the construction of social security prevention and control system,and has achieved phased results.However,it should be fully realized that a series of deficiencies have been exposed in the construction of the social security prevention and control system.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and multi-center governance,this paper summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign researchers by using the interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and literature research method.Starting from the construction of social security,social security prevention and control system and social security prevention and control system,the optimization of Zhaoqing grassroots social security prevention and control system is studied.Study found: 1.Zhaoqing city grassroots public security prevention and control system actively promote provincial,city,county,town,village "five linkage" district social governance modernization pilot mechanism,build "a center two platform three model four team",establish party members,civil servants and enthusiasts as "building volunteers" working mechanism,play more member of work,attaches great importance to the contradiction at the grass-roots level,to achieve police agencies personnel adequate,police equipment informatization and intelligent of grassroots social prevention and control of public security results.2.At present,Zhaoqing grassroots public security prevention and control system construction due to the ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,people money insufficient security,science and technology investment does not reach the designated position,the prevention and control mechanism update slow factors,led to the public participation is not high,uneven resources,control mechanism is not smooth operation and intelligent security equipment coverage,etc.3.In view of the current existing problems in the construction and optimization of grassroots social prevention and control system in Zhaoqing city,the multi-dimensional optimization strategy is jointly implemented to promote the high-quality development of grassroots society in Zhaoqing city.
