On August 1st,2022,the "Regulations on the Management of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Shanghai Public Security Organs" came into effect,which comprehensively and systematically detailed the management norms of auxiliary police,supplemented the missing parts of auxiliary police management,and actively solved some management problems and difficulties that originally existed in the role of auxiliary police.The job security enjoyed by auxiliary police is also explained in detail.As an important police auxiliary force,the auxiliary police has gradually become one of the important power responsible for protecting public safety,and the work behavior of the auxiliary police will affect this power.The proactive work behavior of the group or individual is affected by many complex factors.The auxiliary police is a non-contractual system,this job is very special.In such a specific job security environment,whether the auxiliary police are willing to pay proactive behavior in the work process is of great significance to the management of the auxiliary police team.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of j ob security on the proactive work behavior of auxiliary police.This paper mainly explores the influence of job security on proactive work behavior of auxiliary police.On the basis of literature review,this paper takes 206 auxiliary police in Shanghai as the research objects to study the impact of job security on the proactive work behavior of auxiliary police.At the same time,the mediating variable of role identity and the two moderating variables of outcome expectation and power perception are introduced.The following research is carried out through questionnaire survey,model hypothesis and hypothesis testing by SPSS software.According to the results of data analysis,job security has a positive predictive effect on proactive work behavior of auxiliary police,the higher job security(satisfaction),the more proactive work behavior will be done.Role identity plays an intermediary role,and job security will increase role identity,and then increase positive work behavior.Outcome expectation and sense of power have significant effects on proactive work behavior.Outcome expectation moderates the relationship between role identity and proactive work behavior and plays a positive moderating role between them.Sense of power does not mediate between role identity and proactive work behavior.Finally,according to the data obtained from the study and the actual situation of the auxiliary police,the suggestions are as follows:improve job security system,strengthen content understanding,improve incentive mechanism,guide effective expectations,pay attention to role positioning,launch publicity and education campaigns.
