Police station,as one of the administration department of the government,is quite a huge department.Among all the municipal government organizations,there are usually at least half of them are from public security system.Public security agencies whose essential nature is to keep the society organized and punish the crimes,are running issues regarding criminal cases and social security.Primary level police are the most significant power for citizens' normal life and work and the harmony of the society,as well as the core value.In recent years,with the rapid change of our society and the improvement of people's daily life quality,the basic social conflict has already completely turned around.People are now having clear knowledge about law and there are also a large number of diversified conflicts and unstable factors from the society.This brought more challenges and requests to the security agencies in our country.When facing the changing and complex working environment and "high stress,high requests,high risks" work property,the junior police are obviously having pressure.This might affect their physical and mental health and their work efficiency would get low because of low quality of both life and body conditions,making vicious circle or even bringing troubles to society and other people.Upon the former studies of published books,we will take Y District Public Security Bureau in He Yuan as an example and explore the features,reasons and solutions of work pressure from primary level police and auxiliary police further.Using theories and evidence together,merging feature and quantities,doing detailed interviews together with questionnaires,we will divide the investigation into two parts:both police and auxiliary police are about to be interviewed.The structure of the essay has six parts:part one is the introduction,for the study background,study purpose,the current study situation domestically and internationally,study methods,key points and possible creativities of this essay.The second part is mainly about the explanation of corresponding concept and theories;part three is the introduction of work pressure from primary level police and auxiliary police in He Yuan Guangdong,done by using interviews and questionnaires;part four is about the reasons of the work pressure;part five is the solutions and at last is the conclusion.This essay analyzed job identity,work satisfaction and work pressure source of police in Y district and also made a conclusion that the work pressure was mainly from the job itself and social organization.The suggestions and solutions are made according to prioritize the police resources,build metal establishment,change management type,power of encouragement,protection of legal rights.Mainly,auxiliary police in Y district are not satisfied and with much pressure.This essay studied systematically and pointed out that the reasons of occupational pressure from auxiliary police in Y district are:low social identity,management without enough standards,absence of performance appraisal.Upon the evidence analysis,we suggested using legal management to bring sense of belonging,using standardized policies to make career development opportunities and using encouragement system to improve benefits and the aim is to build a more reliable and faithful team.
