| In recent years,the phenomenon of school bullying is becoming more and more serious,which greatly endangers campus safety.The frequency of its occurrence,the young age,the cruelty of its behavior and the cruelty of its means are shocking.It not only causes irreparable physical and mental harm to the bullied,but also seriously affects the normal teaching of the school,which is in urgent need of treatment.With the accelerating process of urban-rural dual economy to urban-rural integration,the urban-rural fringe appears at the junction of urban and rural areas.Primary schools at the junction of urban and rural areas have something in common: for example,there are great differences in the source of students,the inclusion of local students and foreign students,the mixing of migrant children and left behind children,the complex family composition structure,the uneven level of education of parents,the lack of scientificity of family education methods,and the chaotic social environment.Primary school students in this area are in a critical period of observation and learning.These factors make them unable to concentrate on their study and life.Psychological cognition and behavior concept are prone to deviation,which leads to the continuous occurrence and intensification of school bullying.This paper takes the Y primary school in Hunan Province as an example,investigates by means of questionnaire and interview,and studies the current situation of school bullying in primary schools in the urban-rural fringe of Hunan Province with the help of literature analysis.For the current problems of school bullying,this paper makes an all-round cause analysis from different angles of society,school,family and individual,and puts forward the control strategy to prevent and alleviate school bullying in the urban-rural fringe,that is,to build a "family-school-society" Trinity comprehensive governance system with multi-party participation and collaborative linkage. |
