| The "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school physical education in the new era" published in October 2020 points out that we should further adhere to the sports concept of "health first",promote the coordinated development of cultural learning and school physical exercise of young students,and enhance their physique.At the same time,with the increase of the score of the physical education examination,how to use the physical education classroom to improve the physical quality of junior high school students,learning enthusiasm and training effect has become an important task for the majority of physical education teachers.High intensity intermittent training(HIIT)is a kind of intermittent training method with training load time less than 40 seconds and exercise heart rate more than 190 times per minute.This training method has the characteristics of short training time and easy monitoring,which can significantly improve the aerobic ability of the subjects.Based on the current situation that the physical quality of students is generally declining and the amount of sports activities is insufficient,the introduction of high-intensity intermittent training method into junior middle school physical education will help to improve the physical quality of students.By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for this study and explore the teaching effect of introducing HIIT into junior middle school physical education classroom and its influence on students’ physical quality.The experimental period of physical education lasted for 12 weeks,a total of 24 hours.The control group received routine physical fitness training in the basic part of physical education,while the experimental group received high intensity intermittent training(HIIT)in the basic part of physical education.The results show that:(1)the physical education class with 12 weeks of routine physical fitness training intervention has a significant improvement on the 50 meter performance of junior high school boys,but has no significant improvement on the test indexes such as pull-up,1000 meter run,five meter three-way turn back run and sitting forward bend;At the same time,the routine physical fitness training for junior high school girls’ standing long jump,one minute sit ups,50 meter run,800 meter run and sitting forward flexion test index has no significant improvement.(2)The results showed that the 12 week HIIT intervention had significant effect on the standing long jump,pull-up,50 meter run and 1000 meter run,but no significant effect on the sit forward bending;The results showed that 12 week HIIT intervention had significant effect on the standing long jump,one minute sit up,50 meter run and 800 meter run of junior high school girls,but had no significant effect on the sit and forward bending.The results are as follows:(1)the physical education class intervened by 12 weeks of routine physical fitness training has improved the strength,speed,endurance,flexibility and agility of junior middle school girls,but there is no significant difference;For junior high school boys,speed quality has been significantly improved,while other qualities have no significant change.(2)After 12 weeks of HIIT intervention,the physical education class of junior high school students’ strength,speed,endurance and agility were significantly improved,but the flexibility quality was not significantly improved.And compared with the experimental group of male and female quality changes,we can see that the intervention effect of HIIT for junior high school male and female physical fitness is consistent.(3)In the physical education teaching of junior high school students,the organization form of high-intensity intermittent training is flexible,the training content is novel,most of the exercises are not limited by the field,and the training effect is obvious. |
