With the development of electronic products today,problems such as Internet addiction,continued decline in physical fitness,insufficient physical activity,and decline in physical fitness among adolescents in China have aroused great concern from the society.Adolescents are an important group of the national health strategy,and an important part of the nations implementation of the National Health Plan.It fosters adolescents interest in lifelong sports and sports to achieve national health.High-intensity interval training is a very popular method of physical training at home and abroad,because this training method has the characteristics of short training time,large training intensity,safe and easy operation,and intermittent time.The safety and operability of high-intensity interval training have also been proven.This research takes the junior high school students of Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province as the research object,and takes the high-intensity interval training experiment as the main research object,in view of the junior high school students physical shape,physical quality,physical function to the junior high school students physical health promotion factor.According to the physical and mental characteristics of junior middle school students,combining with the relevant requirements of the national physical health standard,the test indexes were selected,and through the experiment of introducing high-intensity interval training into the big class break of Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province,the data were analyzed to provide a time reference and theoretical basis for the high-intensity interval training to improve the physical health of junior high school students.This research uses the Literature Material Law,the Expert Interview Law,the Experimental Law,the Mathematical Statistics Law,the logical analysis law.SPSS19.0 and Excel 2010 were used to analyze the data of physical shape,physical function and physical quality of junior middle school students before and after the experiment,to examine the effect of high-intensity Interval Training on improving the physical health of junior high school students.In this study,32 volunteers from Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group received high-intensity Interval training exercise intervention,in the control group,the traditional quality training was carried out for a total of 8 weeks,and the experimental test indexes were selected according to the three dimensions of physical quality,physical function and body shape in the national students physical health standard,in the aspect of body shape,there are four indexes: Height,weight,BMI and body fat.In the aspect of body function,there are two indexes: vital capacity and step test,the physical fitness includes standing long jump,50-meter run,vertical jump,reaction time,one-foot standing with eyes closed,grip strength,Sit-up and flexibility.The findings are as follows:1.in terms of body shape:after high—intensity interval training,the body weight,body fat and BMI of both the male and female students in the experimental group showed a significant decrease,but the intervention time was short,so there was no significant effect on the height index,the results show that short time high-intensity interval training has a significant effect on the body shape of junior middle school students as a whole,and the effect of short time high-intensity interval training training is better than traditional quality training,the overall effect of high-intensity interval training on male students body shape was better than that of female students in a short period of time.2.In terms of physical function: After high-intensity interval training,both male and female students vital capacity and step test indexes were significantly improved,and the effect of female students vital capacity index was more significant than that of male students,the intervention effect of the step test index group was better than that of the female group.The results showed that short high-intensity interval training had a significant effect on the physical development of junior high school students,and in a short time,the effect of high-intensity interval training on the physical function of junior high school students is better than that of traditional quality training.3.In terms of physical fitness: After high-intensity Interval Training,the experimental group of male and female students had a good improvement in standing long jump,vertical jump,50 meters,Sit-up,push ups,standing with one foot with eyes closed,reaction time,and grip strength,the results showed that short time high-intensity interval training had a good effect on the improvement of upper and lower limbs strength,speed quality,bounce,coordination and balance ability of junior middle school students,it has a very good effect on physical fitness as a whole,and the effect of high-intensity Interval Training Training on physical fitness in a short time is better than that of traditional fitness training.CONCLUSION:After 8 weeks of high—intensity interval training exercise intervention,the male and female students in the experimental group had a good effect on the three dimensions of physical function,body shape and physical fitness,the results show that high-intensity interval training in a short period of time has a good promoting effect on the physical health development of junior high school students,and the effect of high-intensity Interval Training on the physical health of junior middle school students is better than that of traditional quality training.
