With the deepening of the double reduction policy,sports after-school services are in full swing nationwide,tennis projects are favored by primary school students,coaches as the backbone of after-school service tennis training,their coaching ability is directly related to the quality of after-school service tennis teaching.At this stage,the teaching ability of tennis coaches in primary school after-school services is uneven,and the problems of professional qualifications are prominent,Therefore,it is of great importance to construct the evaluation index structure of after-school tennis coaches’ teaching abilityThis paper uses the literature method,expert interview method and Delphi method to clarify the concept of tennis coaches’ coaching ability,and repeatedly consider the screening of evaluation indicators,aiming to clarify the evaluation indicators that primary school after-school tennis teaching service coaches should have specific teaching ability,use factor analysis method to construct the evaluation index system of primary school after-school tennis teaching service coaches’ teaching ability,and calculate the weight of evaluation indicators to rank the importance of the indicators.Through screening,39 scheme layer indicators were finally determined,and after factor analysis,a total of 8 dimensions were extracted,and each dimension was renamed according to the content of the included indicators.After calculating the weights,the importance of the middle level indicators is teaching and training ability,mobilization and management ability,curriculum arrangement ability,self-improvement ability,evaluation and diagnosis ability,adaptability ability,ability to combine theory with practice.The overall ranking of the importance of the indicators at the program level is the ability to cultivate and maintain interest,technical teaching ability and organizational practice ability.In addition,the weight of the scenario layer indicators to the middle layer indicators is calculated,and the importance of each scenario layer indicator in the middle layer indicators can be seen.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The evaluation index structure of tennis coaches in extracurricular training for primary school students includes 1 goal-level index,8 middle-level indicators and 39program-level indicators.(2)The middle-level indicators have been renamed as teaching and training ability,mobilization and management ability,curriculum arrangement ability,self-improvement ability,assessment and diagnosis ability,adaptability ability,combination of theory and practice ability and innovation ability.(3)The teaching ability of primary school after-school service tennis coaches is a comprehensive ability based on six aspects,including curriculum arrangement ability,self-improvement ability,evaluation and diagnosis ability,with teaching and training ability as the core,mobilization and management ability as the key.(4)Primary school students should have strong ability to cultivate and maintain interest,superb technical teaching ability,and basic ability such as language expression ability,organizational practice ability and curriculum planning ability related to tennis teaching.(5)The ability to cultivate and maintain interest,short-style tennis teaching ability,reasonable choice of tennis type,tennis game creation ability,etc.are important indicators that distinguish it from other high-level tennis coaches.
