| In recent years,the vigorous development of domestic tennis has attracted more and more attention from the society,more and more people are participating in it,and the country has also paid special attention to it in all aspects.Especially the youth group,they are the flowers of the motherland and the hope of the future.The development of campus tennis is not only a policy guide,but also a practical need.As an important force in cultivating students’ physical skills,improving students’ physical quality,and promoting students’ physical and mental health,campus tennis coaches play a key role in their coaching ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a set of practical and reasonable evaluation indicators for the teaching ability of campus tennis coaches.This research uses the methods of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and AHP to communicate and investigate the coaching status of some coaches in Wuhan’s tennis pilot schools,and conduct interviews and exchanges with experts in related fields.The distribution,collection and arrangement of the questionnaire finally determined the evaluation index of the coaching ability of the campus tennis coaches and proved its rationality through practical application.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.This study finally determined four first-level indicators,including tennis knowledge ability,practice and guidance ability,organization and management ability,and education and growth ability;tennis theoretical and cultural knowledge,tennis technical knowledge,tennis tactical knowledge,tennis basic teaching There are 10 second-level indicators such as ability and tennis special teaching ability;43 third-level indicators such as explanation and demonstration ability and language expression ability.These three levels of indicators together constitute the evaluation indicators of the coaching ability of campus tennis coaches;2.This study determines the weights of indicators at all levels through the AHP method,among which the organizational management ability and the ability to educate and grow are the most important,followed by the practice guidance Ability,tennis knowledge ability.It shows that in the critical stage of students’ growth and talent development,what coaches need most is the ability to organize and manage tennis classrooms and tennis teams.3.The research demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the evaluation index of the coaching ability of campus tennis coaches.Using traditional subjective evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to demonstrate the coaching ability of three coaches in Wuhan Tennis Pilot School,it proves the feasibility of the evaluation index.Evaluate or evaluate others. |
