| In this paper,the author takes the pre-competition training of China elite women marathon runner,Bai Xue,as the research object,using the methods of literature,case analysis,mathematical statistics,expert interview and testing.The characteristics of pre-competition training in preparation for the 2009 Berlin World Championship were followed up,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Take the intensity of the goal of the competition,that is,3 "20" / km,as an example.The characteristics of the training load structure of the plateau before the race are as follows: closely combined with the specific load intensity of the marathon,the average daily training load is less than 100% compared with the whole team,and the training intensity of the target intensity occupies 5-10% of the total load;90-100% of the total load is 15-20% 80-90% of the total load.The training of target intensity occupies 50-60% of the total load.The training of target intensity below 80% accounts for 15-20% of the total load.2.In terms of training load rhythm,it is necessary to lay a good aerobic foundation in the preparation period of high altitude(plain),mainly in the training of coordination of energy supply capacity and anaerobic threshold strength of sugar and lipids.During the period of plateau,the quantity was mainly adjusted in the first week,and gradually increased in the second week,and in the third week in the fourth week,the intensity was the main one,supplemented by a variety of recovery methods to prevent fatigue accumulation.The intensity and quantity of the afterload in the lower plateau were not reduced immediately,but the intensity was slightly lower than that of the plateau,and the intensity was similar to that of the anaerobic threshold,and the intensity class was the main course in the later stage,which played a good training effect.3.The change of hemoglobin in the preparation period with the change of training intensity,and the ability to recover in time after adjustment,is a good performance of exercise ability;in terms of testosterone,The testosterone value of snow,like hemoglobin,fluctuated with the change of training intensity and quantity,but it was always at a high level,indicating that Snow White was very adaptable to the training schedule;in the aspect of blood urea,creatine kinase,The blood urea increased in the next morning after long distance classes,but within the reference range.Creatine kinase reached its peak at 8 hours after intensive training and recovered to normal value in the next morning,indicating that there was no obvious fatigue accumulation.4.From the pace of the snow race,we can see that the plateau training before the race is very pertinent,whether it is the choice of height,the control of duration,the connection of training rhythm and intensity.Bai Xue plateau training ability was maximized in Berlin. |
