An Empirical Study On The Growth Factors Of High Level Talents In Basic Research

Science and technology is the first productivity.The development and prosperity of social economy today cannot be separated from the progress of science and technology.The rapid development of science and technology needs the support of scientific research talents.As the top scientific research talents who master the frontier knowledge and make major scientific discoveries in the basic research field,the winner of the National Natural Science Award plays a pivotal role in the progress of science and technology and the development of economy and society.To explore the successful factors of the winners of the National Natural Science Award can provide reference for the national training of high-level basic research talents,and improve the core competitiveness and the ability of scientific research personnel training in the national basic research field.Therefore,this paper takes the first prize winner of National Natural Science Award as the research object,explores the factors of success and talent development,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of basic research personnel training,and optimize the existing talent training policy has great practical significance and theoretical value.Based on the literature research,this paper mainly uses statistical description analysis and regression analysis to analyze the winners of the first prize of National Natural Science Award,and systematically studies the main factors influencing the success of the first prize winners of the National Natural Science Award.The results show that the educational level,foreign learning experience,employment institutions and scientific research projects have a significant impact on their success.According to the research results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the growth of high-level talents in basic research from the aspects of universities,scientific research policies and talent mechanism: first,we should increase policy inclination,improve personnel policy,increase investment in basic research field;secondly,we should focus on building top-ranking high schools in China,and give full play to the key role of key universities in training basic research talents;finally,pay attention to the cultivation of talents with high-level The international level of basic research and technology talents encourage basic researchers to study abroad,while vigorously introducing overseas excellent talents.
