| This paper analyzes talent mobilization based on hierarchy of needs theory and EGR theory, and concludes: under market economy, the main factors influencing talent mobilization in cities are degree to which physical need, security need, social need, esteem need and self-realization need are met. The higher the degree the cities can provide, This conclusion is also proved by the analysis of the job selection intentions of high school students. The author therefore defines the degree to which the five needs are met, as the attractiveness of the cities over talents.By further analysis of the five needs, an indicator system is constructed, consisting of 12 indicators measuring the five aspects of physical, security, social, esteem and self-realization.After the indicator system constructed, by data processing using factor analysis in SPSS, a score is calculated, which is the attractiveness of the cities over talents, reflecting the degree to which the five needs of the talents are met by the cities.The author defines the difference between the attractiveness of certain city and the average attractiveness of all the cities as the relative attractiveness of certain city, relative attractiveness for short.With the value of relative attractiveness, by carrying out regressive analysis among city talent volume, relative attractiveness of cities, national talent volume, the author produces a function over the three factors, which can be used to estimate the future talent status of the city.Based on the relative attractiveness values of Shanghai, Wuhan, Xi'an, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three cities in terms of talent introduction, the author promots relevant policy proposals. |
