Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Intelligent Party Construction In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of "Internet +"

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China : " Good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work." The views of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the party ’s political construction ’ further clearly put forward : " Actively use the Internet,big data and other emerging technologies,innovate the content of party organization activities,and promote ’ smart party building ’." This puts forward new requirements for party construction in the new era.As an important part of party construction in colleges and universities,promoting the " wisdom " of party construction in colleges and universities has become an important breakthrough and means to improve the quality of party construction in colleges and universities.At present,the application of smart party building to the party building work in colleges and universities to promote the innovative development of smart party building in colleges and universities is not only the realistic need to solve many problems faced by the party building work in colleges and universities,but also the key link to improve the governance ability of party branches in colleges and universities.However,there are practical problems such as insufficient talents and lack of innovation in the smart party construction in colleges and universities,and there is still much room for improvement and development.Therefore,based on the new era,exploring the development of smart party building in colleges and universities from the perspective of " Internet + " is not only an important theoretical problem,but also a practical subject that needs to be improved.Based on the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,comparative research method and interview method as the basic principles,based on the times,integrity and practicality,this paper focuses on the generation logic and difficulties of intelligent party construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of "Internet + ",and strives to promote the scientific and standardized development of intelligent party construction in colleges and universities.The article elaborates from four aspects,as follows :Firstly,this paper focuses on the research background,purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad,clarifies the starting point and foothold of this research topic,and combs the development trend and shortcomings of related research.Secondly,it mainly expounds the related concepts and characteristics of smart party construction in colleges and universities,and briefly summarizes the theoretical basis of smart party construction and the importance of building smart party construction in colleges and universities.Through combing the theoretical basis of the smart party construction in colleges and universities,this paper systematically summarizes the theoretical support of the party construction theory related to the party and state leaders to the smart party construction in colleges and universities;through the analysis of the importance of building smart party building in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the urgent needs of smart party building in colleges and universities in the new era.Again,using the questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature research method and comparative research method,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the intelligent party construction in colleges and universities,such as paying more attention to form than content,the lack of compound talents of "wisdom + party construction ",the existence of interactive barriers in the " wisdom" system,and the urgent need to improve the guarantee mechanism of " wisdom " of party construction.Finally,this paper expounds that the innovation of smart party construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of " Internet + " should be a process of multi-perspective and multi-level collaborative promotion.Starting from the practical needs of diversified development of colleges and universities,this paper discusses the countermeasures of smart party construction in colleges and universities from four aspects : strengthening the construction of the content of smart party construction in colleges and universities,strengthening the construction of compound talents of " smart +party construction ",creating an interactive platform for smart party construction in colleges and universities,and improving the " smart " guarantee mechanism of the platform.
