| The Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of the People’s Republic of China clearly propose to build a high-quality education system,improve the quality and level of education in ethnic minority areas,increase the promotion of the standard spoken and written Chinese language.Building a high-quality education system has become an important task and goal of China’s education development.Daban Mongolian Experimental Primary School is a characteristic school with a centennial history in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Chifeng City.It is very typical and representative in Inner Mongolia.The history of the century-old school also represents the development process of ethnic education from scratch to excellence in Inner Mongolia.Especially since the founding of new China,reflecting the deep concern of the Party and the country for the development of education in ethnic minority areas and the implementation of ethnic education policy,Daban Mongolian Experimental Primary School is entering a new stage of development.This study mainly studies Daban Mongolian Experimental Primary School with historical research method and investigation research method,studies and sorts out the century-old development process,practical experience and its contribution to the social development of ethnic minority areas.On this basis,the paper studies the difficulties and problems encountered by the school in the process of education modernization,and puts forward new ideas of high-quality development of the school under the background of the new era.Daban Mongolian Experimental Primary School has achieved initial results in promoting the unified compilation of textbooks for three subjects and the standard spoken and written Chinese language.However,in the process of optimizing the development,we are faced with the difficulties and problems in the curriculum system,the construction of school culture,the construction of teacher team and school-running conditions.Therefore,this study proposes to strengthen the national curriculum,promote campus culture innovation,strengthen the joint optimization of school-based curriculum with universities,further enhance the construction of teachers,increase the investment in education,create a new characteristic brand of century-old schools.The first chapter introduces the century-old school development of historical background of the ethnic educational policy.The second chapter summarizes the change and development history of the Daban Mongolian Experimental Primary School.The third chapter focuses on the practice and enlightenment of the school and puts forward the future prospect of school modernization.The chapter four focuses on the analysis of the educational practice and enlightenment of the centennial-old school,and analyzes the difficulties and problems of the school modernization development,and puts forward the future prospect of the modernization development. |
