With the development of modern information technology,Blended Learning will become the development trend of future education.As a comprehensive course closely related to students’ life and integrating morality,mental health,law and national conditions,ethics and the rule of law in junior high school plays an important role in the cultivation of students’ core competence,the development of good ideology and moral character,and the establishment of correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Under the background of education informatization,the organic integration of Blended Learning and ethics and rule of law can optimize the teaching effect of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school,and improve the comprehensive quality of students.The full text consists of five parts.Firstly,the relevant research theories are expounded.On the one hand,it clarifies the concept of Blended Learning and the characteristics and significance of Blended Learning of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school;on the other hand,it expounds the theoretical basis of Blended Learning.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,three main problems exist in the application of Blended Learning of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school: teachers’ failure to effectively implement Blended Learning in ethics and the rule of law,students’ low enthusiasm to participate in Blended Learning,and the lack of complete supervision and evaluation system in the application of Blended Learning.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the application of Blended Learning of ethics and rule of law in junior high school from three aspects: the backward teaching concept of teachers,the lack of relevant ability of teachers to use Blended Learning,and the lack of school’s attention and support.Then,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and their causes,the optimization strategy of Blended Learning for ethics and the rule of law in junior high school is proposed.Teachers learn cutting-edge knowledge of education in a timely manner and renew teaching concepts.Teachers grasp the learning situation and improve the Blended Learning ability.The school should pay more attention to Blended Learning and elaborate the guarantee measures for the implementation of Blended Learning in detail.Finally,based on the research and analysis of the blended teaching of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school,Blended Learning case is designed and reflected.In short,through the theoretical analysis of the related research on Blended Learning of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school,combined with the analysis of the existing problems in the actual application process and their reasons,the optimization strategy of Blended Learning of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school is put forward,which provides reference for the teaching practice of ethics and rule of law in junior high school in the information age.
