In recent years,China’s rule of law construction has been gradually improved and the rule system has become increasingly mature.How to cultivate a sense of rules that match it and defend the rule civilization based on law and public order and good customs is a must in China’s modernization process.General Secretary Xi Jinping point out that We should pay attention to fostering people’s legal belief,rule of law concept and rule consciousness,guide people to consciously perform their legal obligations,social responsibilities and family responsibilities,and create a cultural environment where the whole society stresses the rule of law and abides by the law.The rule consciousness formed on the basis of understanding the identity rules is not only the quality necessary for the society,but also an important symbol of measuring social civilization.On the whole,junior middle school students generally have a good sense of rules,but there are also frequent violations of rules,and even criminal cases from time to time.Junior middle school students are the future and hope of the country.Cultivating junior middle school students’ sense of rules is of great significance to their life and even the whole society.Ideological and political education is a key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.As a compulsory course of ideology and politics in junior middle school,the lesson of morality and rule of law in junior middle school should play an important role in cultivating students’ awareness of rules.However,in the actual teaching,students do not pay enough attention to the moral and rule of law classes in junior middle school.They think that they are "preaching the truth",boring,lacking in attraction,and lacking in activities and practical experience,which leads to the phenomenon that the theory and practice of rule awareness training in junior middle school moral and rule of law classes are disconnected.Therefore,the goal of cultivating students’ rule consciousness can be better implemented by adopting activity teaching in the moral and rule of law class of junior middle school,which takes the construction of an educational,practical and creative student oriented activity as the main form and takes students’ active participation,active exploration,in-depth thinking and willingness to practice as the core.Therefore,the author analyzes the current situation of cultivating students’ rule awareness in the activity teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school through investigation,classroom observation and action research,focusing on the existing problems and reasons.The author believes that the existing problems can be summarized in the following four aspects: unreasonable activity teaching design,students’ lack of rule experience;Inadequate preparation for activity teaching and students’ lack of rule perception;The implementation of activity teaching lacks effectiveness,and students lack the recognition of rules;The form of activity teaching is limited,and students lack the practice of rules.The author sums up and analyzes the main reasons for the problems: some teachers lack competence and do not attach importance to cultivating students’ awareness of rules in activity teaching;At present,the assessment and evaluation methods for teachers and students are relatively simple;The cultivation of students’ rule consciousness in activity teaching is restricted by objective factors.After comprehensive thinking and in-depth analysis of the problems and causes in the cultivation of students’ rule awareness in the activity teaching of moral and rule of law in junior middle school,the author discussed with other moral and rule of law teachers through the teaching reflection experience in the past five years of front-line teaching.On the basis of analyzing the learning situation and according to the teaching practice,the author put forward five targeted improvement strategies:elaborately designing the activity teaching and optimizing the rule experience;Fully prepare for the activity teaching and strengthen the rule perception;Make great efforts to implement activity teaching and strengthen the recognition of rules;Actively expand the form of activity teaching and strengthen the practice of rules;Actively strengthen the support of activity teaching and help rule education.With a view to these strategies to enhance the junior middle school moral and rule of law class activity teaching students rule awareness training effect is beneficial.
