In order to meet the needs of talents in the new era,countries and regions around the world are constantly promoting education reform.China and Japan belong to the east Asian cultural circle,the two countries have countless links in culture and education,both attach great importance to the selection of talents through the examination,pay attention to reform and innovation examination to better serve the country.In the 21 st century,In order to solve the problem of "low academic ability" of students,Japan has put forward the concept of "solid academic ability".With the improvement of the requirements of The Times,it also puts forward the 21 st century type of ability "basic ability,thinking ability,practice ability",and integrates the above concept of learning ability into the "Learning Guidance outline".The geography subject carries on the proposition under the common guidance of the theory of learning power and the "Learning Guidance Outline",and examines the students’ mastery and understanding level of geography knowledge.At present,there is little research on Japanese geography in China,especially on the geography of university entrance examination.This study can enrich our understanding of Japanese geography examination questions,open up the thought of solid proposition,and provide some reference for the design and teaching of Japanese geography examination questions.This study uses literature research method,content analysis method,comparative analysis method,statistical analysis method and other methods to analyze the structure types and content characteristics of the geography B test by taking 764 questions of the Geography B test from 2007 to 2021 as research objects.Secondly,according to the basic ability,thinking judgment,practical ability to analyze the ability characteristics of entrance examination.Finally,based on the research results,the enlightenment to geography education and examination form in China is drawn.The conclusions of this study mainly include the following:(1)In terms of test structure,geography B has 6 questions in the whole paper(6 big questions,each question generally has 5-8 small questions).After it is changed to a common test in 2021,the regional comparison question of the original fifth question is removed,and the whole paper has 5questions.In terms of test types,matching and description selection dominated,accounting for up to 75%,while image selection,cloze filling and true and false judgment accounted for 20%,4%and 1% respectively.In terms of the content of the examination questions,the situation information is rich,more than 80% of the questions contain materials;The topic theme is novel and diversified,and most of them are hot topics.(2)In terms of ability,this research from the basic force and practical force,think judgment"analysis of examining the ability of each item that geography B try to investigate the basic knowledge and basic skills of force is given priority to,both thinking ability,thinking judgement examination proportion is greatly increased in recent years,has practical examination but small proportion.(3)In terms of enlightenment to geography education and examination form in Our country,first of all,in terms of examination order system,we should keep objectivity while realizing diversified propositions;Context theme diversification,rich materials,improve the national conditions of the world;On the basis of paying attention to the examination of thinking ability,at the same time taking into account the examination of practical ability.Secondly,in geography teaching,update teaching methods and means,flexible use of teaching method,demonstration method,discovery method,increase field practice activities,while enriching teaching methods,the use of modern education technology in the classroom;Rich course resources,based on the materials in the textbook,continue to expand and extend,pay attention to the current hot issues,closely follow the direction of the national policy,broaden students’ horizons,and improve the context of teaching.Finally,in the examination form,the examination subject diversity,enrich students’ choice;Unified examination and university individual examination union.
