Multidirectional movement training mainly comes from physical movement function training, which is a branch of its training. There has been a relatively formed training and theoretical system abroad, and there has been some development compared to domestic research.Currently, the vast majority of domestic research on multi-directional movement training is basically to explore the improvement of the sensitive quality of specialized athletes in various fields, with the foot basket ranking high, and the sensitive quality being one of the five major qualities of the human body,Its role cannot be underestimated.Research by Ge Chunlin and others has shown that 8-12 years of age is a critical period for the rapid development of students’ sensitive qualities. Therefore, this article selects the multi-directional movement training method to explore its impact on the sensitive quality of primary school students,so as to design a set of training methods that meet the physical and mental sensitive quality of primary school students.Improve the training methods of physical education teaching in primary schools. This article mainly adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, experiment, expert interview, and mathematical statistics.Taking 40 fifth grade pupils from the airport branch of Beijing 94 th Middle School as experimental subjects, they were divided into a control group and a control group.Through an 8-week experimental training intervention, the aim was to explore the impact of multidirectional movement training on the sensitivity of ordinary pupils. The experimental test indicators include six test indicators: 4x10 turn back run,15 s cross quadrant jump,Illinois run,15 s vertical and horizontal support, hexagonal ball catch, and 20 s repeated horizontal jump.By organizing and analyzing the test indicators of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,The conclusions are as follows:(1)Multi directional movement training can significantly improve the ability of primary school students to quickly change their movement direction(2)Multi directional movement training can significantly improve the ability of primary school students to quickly coordinate their upper and lower limbs(3)Multi directional movement training can be introduced into traditional physical education classroom teaching(4)Multi directional movement training can significantly improve the ability of primary school students to quickly move(5)Multidirectional movement training cannot completely replace traditional sensitivity trainingBased on the conclusions, the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Multi directional movement training and traditional sensitivity training should complement each other, learn from each other, and complement each other.(2)Multi directional mobile training can be included in physical education classes in primary and secondary schools due to its diverse training methods and the use of various equipment to change various movements, which are novel and bizarre, helping to stimulate students’ enthusiasm in class, improve training effectiveness, and break the monotony of traditional teaching.(3)Multi directional movement training methods are diverse, and it is recommended that future scholars can explore more training methods to promote teaching effectiveness.(4)This article only compares multi-directional movement training with traditional training methods. There are certain limitations. It is recommended that future scholars can adopt two novel training methods to compare and select more effective training methods, and explore the respective advantages of the two training methods. For the future of primary school sports education. |
