The era of knowledge economy driven by innovation calls for high-quality human resources that can cope with changes and explore the unknown,and it puts forward higher requirements for talent training standards in entrepreneurship education.The core of"entrepreneurial competence of college students" lies in "value creation",and entrepreneurship education should cultivate college students’ competence for future-oriented sustainable development.The research revolves around this concept,from two aspects:"constructing the evaluation index system of college students’ entrepreneurial competence" and "investigating the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurial competence"..Firstly,through the behavioral event interview method,an evaluation model of college students’ entrepreneurial competence is constructed.On this basis,referring to relevant professional scales,it compiled the "Entrepreneurial Competence Evaluation Scale for College Students" including "psychological competence","thinking competence"and "behavioral competence".Acording to the Delphi method and analysis hierarchy process,the weights of the indicators are assigned,and the "evaluation index system of entrepreneurial literacy of college students" has been formed.The weight coefficient of psychological competence is 0.53;the weight coefficient of thinking competence is 0.38 and the weight coefficient of behavior competence is 0.09.Secondly,according to the "Evaluation Index System of College Students’Entrepreneurial Competence",a current situation survey was carried out on 1102 college students in J province.The research found that:1.college students’ cognition of entrepreneurship is more inclined to value creation,their participation in entrepreneurial activities is low,and they are more looking forward to the improvement and development of self-worth in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.And college students’ evaluation of entrepreneurship education is generally at a medium level,and the results show the characteristics of "ordinary undergraduate colleges>key universities>private colleges/Sino-foreign cooperative colleges".2.the overall scores of college students’ entrepreneurial competence are at an upper-middle level,but the scores of"persistence" "critical thinking",and "resource allocation" are relatively low.3.the level of entrepreneurial competence of college students has significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,grade,major,and college category.The "initiative" and "learning thinking" levels of the boys group were significantly higher than those of the girls;the"self-efficacy" score of the senior group was significantly higher than that of the sophomores,and the "resource allocation" score was significantly lower than that of the junior group;the scores of science and engineering students were significantly higher than those of medical,agricultural and Humanities and social sciences students;students in different types of schools differed significantly in all dimensions except the "persistence"dimension.Finally,According to the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurial competence level,exploring the optimal path for the cultivation of college students’entrepreneurial competence.Specifically,the government should provide relevant guarantee support,schools should focus on improving the quality and efficiency of entrepreneurship education,the society should actively promote entrepreneurial culture,and students should focus on value creation,so as to create a four-in-one path for improving the entrepreneurial competence of college students. |
