With the arrive of the age of knowledge,the traditional mode of higher education training can't meet the needs of modern society.The society needs a large number of integrated talents with entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial competence urgently.As a high-quality talent in higher education,Master graduate student is the backbone of China's future innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,improving the entrepreneurial ability of graduate students or cultivating entrepreneurial talents is to adapt to the needs of modern social and economic development,is an important way to alleviate employment pressure,and respond to national strategy of "Double Creations" and promote the reform of higher education.The study taken with questionnaire method is to discuss the cognition of the master graduate student's entrepreneurial competence at University Z and the difference of the condition among the different backgrounds to think the reasons of ability promotion tardily and put forward targeted strategies.There are five parts of the paper.Firstly,the paper introduces some contents and literature review as the research basement.Secondly,the paper elaborates the implementation rules of cultivating entrepreneurship ability of master's degree as well as incentives.Based on the survey data,the third part demonstrates the condition of master's entrepreneurial competence and summarizes the problems.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for restricting the entrepreneurial competence of graduate students at University Z.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant training path.The major results of the this study are as followed.The overall level of the students' entrepreneurial competence is general.Male students show better competence than female students in entrepreneurial activities.Grade,leader's experience of students,part-time job experience and students' background signally affect students' entrepreneurial competence.There is no significant difference between the students from different specialties.According to the results,the study summarizes the problems as follow: students have different cognition on entrepreneurship;interpersonal communication is lacking;the ability of resource integration is weak.The paper details analysis of the reasons and puts forward suggestions for the student,university,government and family.
