ObjectiveSports fatigue elimination has always been the focus of attention of athletes, coaches, scientific researchers, and medical workers.Efficient fatigue elimination and functional recovery are of great significance to the improvement of athletes’ athletic ability and the maintenance of training effects. In this study, based on the principles of painlessness,non-invasiveness,high quality and low price,as well as simple and easy operation, auricular acupoint magnetic therapy was selected as a potential supplementary method for sports fatigue elimination and functional recovery of rowing athletes.Special exercise fatigue elimination and functional recovery provide some references.MethodsTwenty-three eligible first-level and above subjects were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,12 in the test group, and 11 in the control group. The test period was 6 weeks. The experimental group received auricular acupoint magnetic therapy, and a total of 8 auricular points of the spleen, kidney, trifocal, subcortical,Shenmen, sympathetic, endocrine, and lumbar spine points were selected for magnetic bead pressure; The control group was only given blank tape;Except for the relaxation method, neither group of subjects was given additional fatigue relief measures. The subjective sensory fatigue score(RPE),symptom score points, and morning pulse were measured before and after the test, and venous blood was collected before the test,3weeks,and 6 weeks later to measure the white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),and red blood cells.Hematocrit(HCT).Serum urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatine kinase(CK),and serum testosterone(T)are measured after centrifuging venous blood.Morning urine is collected weekly to measure urine protein(Pro)and urine white blood cells(LEU);After the test,a multi-stage lactic acid test of the dynamometer was performed, and the blood lactic acid(BLa)values were measured at rest, after three load periods,3 minutes and 5 minutes after the end.Results(1)Consciousness index: After auricular magnetic therapy, the RPE of athletes showed a downward trend compared with the pre-test value and the difference was significant. The value of symptoms and signs showed a downward trend and was more pronounced for female athletes;(2)Morning pulse: Turicular magnetic therapy Later,The morning pulse of athletes showed a downward trend compared with before the experiment, and the performance of male athletes was obvious;(3)Blood cell analysis:There was no significant difference in WBC between male athletes before and after the test, but there was a significant difference in the decrease of this index between female athletes and those before the test;See obvious differences;Hb values of male and female athletes changed significantly before and after the test;(4)Blood biochemical indicators: BUN,CK,and T values of athletes changed to varying degrees before and after the test, and the differences were significant;Multi-level load There were also significant differences between the two groups of BLa presented by the lactic acid test;(5)Urine routine indicators: The number of Pro positives in the female test group before and after the test was significantly lower than that in the control group; The number of LEU positives in both male and female athletes was also less in the test group than in the control group.Conclusion(1)Auricular magnetic therapy can alleviate the symptoms of conscious fatigue immediately after training;(2)Auricular magnetic therapy can help improve the blood oxygen transport function index of rowers, and help to eliminate fatigue faster;(3)Auricular magnetic The treatment can reduce the morning pulse value of rowing athletes, which can help improve sleep quality and stabilize basal signs.(4)The acupuncture magnetic therapy group has a higher rate of metabolic waste discharge than the control group athletes during the rest period.
