Purpose: Objective to study exercise-induced fatigue in different time plots in English reading eye movement parameters of fatigue after the recovery of different time plots on the impact of reading ability.Methods: Thirty junior college students, all girls, in the health-care rehabilitation department of Capital Institute Physical Education, were testing their quiet, incremental load running fatigue immediately, after exercise 4minutes, 13minutes, 22minutes of heart rate, blood lactate and RPE value, as well as same time plots doing English choices individual characteristics of the eye movement, in cluding reading comprehension correct rate, the number of fixation in interest areas, fixation counts entering interest areas, average fixation duration, total fixation duration, percentage of fixation duration. Through comprehensive analysis of eye movement indicators, find the regularity on the different periods of recovery's influence on the reading ability changes after sports fatigue. Results: To pre-exercise based on the value of quiet time, immediately after exercise heart rate, blood lactate and RPE values, eye movement indicators (except average fixation duration) reached the peak. Reading Comprehension of the correct rate in the experimental stage has not significant difference.The values of "the number of fixation in interest areas, fixation counts entering interest areas, average fixation duration, total fixation duration, percentage of fixation duration"after exercise fatigue instantly are all higher than pre-exercise quiet, but in sports fatigue after four minutes when the values are restored to the pre-exercise quiet. level 22 minutes after exercise are more lower value. The average time fixation duration trends not obvious change over time, and not directly related to fatigue.Conclusions: After exercise fatigue, the visual process obvious extension, the times of watching the correct answers are increased, but the average fixation duration has a decreasing legend. It is considered that the reading ability is subject to certain inhibition duing to exercise-induced fatigue. When the fixation points increase in its perceptual span reduces, saccade distance decreases, the increased frequency of saccade. reading each of the following content of the effective processing decline following the initial gaze fall on the optimal view position.But that visual fatigue after four minutes to return to the quiet state that the restoration of its more subjective visual fatigue and feeling of physiological and biochemical indicators of the recovery must be quick.
