| “Activity · Inquiry” unit is a special feature of the Chinese textbooks edited by the Ministry of Education for junior middle school students,which use the “activity task lists” instead of “unit lead” and divides the learning content of the unit into three tasks:text reading,practical activities and writing expression,which forms a three-dimensional and comprehensive unit learning system.In the eighth grade books and the ninth grade books,the Chinese textbooks are set up four “Activity · Inquiry” units: News,Speech,Modern Poetry,Drama.This paper takes the “Activity · Inquiry” News unit as the research object,and this unit contains three major tasks of “News Reading”,“News Interview” and “News Writing” around the News styles,which emphasizes the students’ improvement of exploring actively and reading independently,and attaches importance to students’ unique life experience and real experience in News practice activities,and cultivates students’ media literacy.As a new unit style,how to carry out the“Activity · Inquiry” News unit teaching effectively for front-line Chinese teachers and implement the compiling concept of the textbooks edited by the Ministry of the Education? It is a problem worthy of further study.The introduction part of the paper introduces the research background,reveals the research significance,combs the status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research method.The first part of the text first expounds the concept of “News”,the connotation of “Activity · Inquiry” unit and the characteristics of “Activity · Inquiry” News unit teaching.Secondly,the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of “Activity · Inquiry”new teaching from the aspects of Chinese curriculum standards and Piaget’s and Dewey’s teaching ideas.Finally,analyzes the teaching value of News unit in cultivating students’ ability.The second part summarizes the writing concept of the News unit of“Activity · Inquiry” in general,which is mainly to implement the nature of Chinese curriculum and the education concept of “student-oriented”,and to cultivate students’ Chinese core accomplishment.This paper analyzes the layout of the News unit in detail from the text selection system,reading aid system,knowledge system and practice system,from which it analyzes the overall edition characteristics of the News unit— that is,emphasizing the practicality of News activities,highlighting the hierarchical nature of inquiry tasks,and reflecting the openness of News teaching.The third part,based on the order of the activity task lists in the “Activity · Inquiry” News unit-News reading,News interview and News writing activities,expounds from three aspects in detail: the decomposition of the activity tasks,the design of the activity tasks,and the implementation of the activity tasks,and clarifies the compiling features and teaching tasks of the “Activity · Inquiry” News unit.The fourth part,based on the analysis of teaching materials and teaching activities of the “Activity · Inquiry” News unit,puts forward targeted teaching strategies from four aspects,that is,to re-examine the teaching materials and to clarify the teaching objectives of the News unit;to determine the teaching content of the News unit around the News styles;to optimize the teaching methods of News unit according to the teaching practice;based on the students’ development,to enrich the teaching evaluation of News unit in order to provide some new ideas for the News unit teaching.The conclusion part briefly summarizes the paper and reflects on the shortcomings of the paper.At the same time,affirms the importance of“Activity · Inquiry” News unit in junior high school Chinese teaching,and hope that the majority of front-line Chinese teachers pay attention to the study of news unit teaching method. |
