Since the Junior Middle School Chinese textbook edited by the Ministry of Education has been put into use,it has aroused widespread concern in the educational circles.The change and innovation is that news works are compiled into a single unit and presented in a new style of "active inquiry".The Teaching of News Unit is launched in a task-driven manner,setting up three tasks: News Reading,news interview and news writing.In the news reading task,the news items not only change from scattered arrangement to centralized arrangement,but also increase in the news genre and news items compared with the former textbooks.The changes and innovations in the Chinese textbooks for junior middle schools compiled by the ministry can be seen that the editors of the textbooks attach great importance to the teaching of news.The important role of news for middle school students is not only the study of news knowledge,the enhancement of independent judgment ability,the enhancement of language comprehensive ability,but also the cultivation of students' current affairs concern,humanistic feelings and realistic responsibility and responsibility.The demands of the new curriculum and the needs of the students make the Teaching of News Unit get more attention,but the teaching status of the Teaching of News Unit is still not optimistic,there are many problems to be solved.First of all,the Teaching of News Unit teaching form is single,the student interest is insufficient.The teachers did not excavate the news teaching unique value,also did not realize the media literacy to the student's importance.Secondly,the news interview and writing task guidance is insufficient,the activity development is merely the form.Finally,the teaching evaluation of news unit is unreasonable,too much emphasis on the results of evaluation,teacher evaluation is not targeted,can not effectively test the learning effect of students' news unit.Based on the above problems,from the theoretical and practical point of view,this paper puts forward some feasible improving strategies for the junior middle school Chinese news unit teaching.First,teachers should establish a clear teaching concept of the Teaching of News Unit,optimize the news teaching objectives,set up the news teaching awareness,and pay attention to students' all-round development.Secondly,teachers should change the teaching mode of news unit,create news situation for students,provide high-quality news resources,integrate news learning activities and stimulate students' interest in news learning.Third,we should improve teachers' professional quality of journalism,not only improve teachers' knowledge reserve and practice ability,improve their journalistic quality,but also pay close attention to news hot spots and dynamic research,tamp down the teaching foundation.Fourthly,to perfect the teaching evaluation system of news unit,teachers should combine qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,pay attention to process evaluation and formative evaluation,and establish reasonable and effective evaluation standard of news writing.Based on the above-mentioned strategies,this paper designs three types of news: News,news feature and communication,on the basis of the existing news reading items in the junior middle school Chinese textbooks compiled by the ministry,and in the Teaching of News Unit teaching most easy to neglect news interview and news writing task carries on the activity design.
