| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national education conference that "families,schools,the government and society have the responsibility to run education well".Cooperative education between family,school and society is an important guarantee to promote the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,a powerful measure to promote educational equity,and the key to forming a new pattern of joint participation of the whole society in educational governance.At present,the cooperative education of family,school and society in the stage of rural compulsory education in China has attracted much attention,but there are still many problems in the specific implementation process.Therefore,the systematic research on the collaborative education of rural compulsory educators,schools and communities will help promote the thinking and attention of all sectors of society to the problem of collaborative education,and form a good education pattern of "all staff,all-round and whole process".On the basis of collating relevant data from countries around the world,taking the overlapping impact threshold theory as the theoretical basis of the research,this paper makes a systematic study on the implementation of home school social cooperative education in the stage of rural compulsory education in M town by comprehensively using the research methods of questionnaire,interview and data analysis.On the basis of clearly defining the concepts of family,community,coordination and family school society cooperative education,combined with the existing research literature,this paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of family school society cooperative education in the stage of rural compulsory education.This paper selects all two primary and secondary schools in M town as research samples.According to the theoretical analysis framework,this paper makes an investigation and research from six aspects: the goal,subject,content and level,system mechanism,methods and means,and effect of home school social cooperative education,and analyzes the current situation of home school social cooperative education in the stage of compulsory education in M town.The survey found that in the process of cooperative education between family,school and society in the stage of compulsory education in M Town,Jingzhou District,there is a lack of subject ability and goal consistency of cooperative education;Narrow content and low level;The system and mechanism are not perfect;The way and means are relatively single;The actual effect needs to be improved.Through the deep analysis of the phenomenon,this paper finds out the crux behind these problems:the lack of motivation in schools,the lack of government support,and the lack of awareness of collaborative education among parents and communities.For the deficiencies in the joint school running of family,school and society in the stage of compulsory education in M Town,this study attempts to clarify the goal of education and enhance the consciousness of cooperative education;Strengthen systematic training and improve the ability of collaborative education;Improve the system and mechanism and strengthen the organizational guarantee;Expand the content of collaborative education and improve the level of collaborative education;We should actively explore the current cooperative way of educating people,such as the way of scientific cooperation. |
