| Since the beginning of the new century,with the rise of China on the world stage and the further deepening of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,Chinese red culture has become a new hot spot of academic research at home and abroad.The academic research on "red culture" mainly focuses on the concept,value function,development and transmission path,ideological and political education,etc.Scholars rarely study the inheritance of "red culture" among teenagers,especially from the perspective of social work.Young people are the builders of the future of the motherland,and their value orientation determines the value orientation of the whole society in the future.Enhance the cultural and political identity of contemporary youth;To enhance the patriotic responsibility and cultural confidence of young people;Help teenagers to regulate behavior,enhance ideological awareness.From the perspective of social work,this study involves in the inheritance of red culture among teenagers,mainly to solve the problem of low inheritance of red culture among teenagers in Y community.Y is the practice phase in contact with the community,based on Y community youth red cultural experience projects,according to the survey of the previous visit,using the method of questionnaire and semi-structured interview method,understand the Y community problems of teenagers on the red cultural heritage,and further explore the truth,analyze its reason.In view of the existing problems,according to the young people in Y community’s grasp and understanding of the "red culture",make targeted work plans,use group work methods,intervene on the basis of social learning theory and ecosystem theory,and establish a nine-member learning group.The aim is to improve teenagers’ cognitive level of red culture and enhance their emotional identity of red culture,solve the problems existing in the inheritance of red culture in a hierarchical manner,improve the learning effect and promote the cultivation of teenagers’ values.Finally,through the effectiveness evaluation to test the effect of the whole group activities.The research results show that with the intervention of group work,the teenagers in Y community have improved and developed their cognitive level of red culture and emotional identity of red culture.Practice has proved that the red culture inheritance of teenagers can be effectively intervened through social work,and social workers can play a role in the red culture inheritance.It is hoped that this study can enrich the content of social work and accumulate experience for the methods of inheriting the red culture of teenagers in the new era. |
