| As the core and the support of development in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone,talents play an essential role in regional innovation-driven and high-quality process.Development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone has been rised to a national strategy,aiming to construct a influential science and technology center.The strategy entitles Chengdu and Chongqing with honorable mission while it brings more challenges and responsibilities to the zone.Therefore,it is necessary for the zone to process the integrity of talents.The thesis will be based on the domestic and foreign existing researches.With the text-analysis approach and comparative approach,the thesis studies several items concerning the staregy such as the framework of talents and factories,talents’ quantity and quality,existing policies and agreements.At the same time,it will horizontally compare the zone with some other developed domestic region like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei religion and Yangtze river delta area,analyzing the deficiency in the integrity of talents.From the researches,it could be found that some problems such as the stumble talents migration,lack of efficiency,homogeneous demands and superficial corporation still exist in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone’s.Considering the problems as the parts of background,the thesis raises some suggestions of completing the talents developing system,modifying industrial structure,constructing the platform of talents and improve the supporting measures of talents’ development. |
