Research On The Path Of Industrial Revitalization Promoting The Employment Of Relocated Immigrants

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to rural development.China has made remarkable progress in coordinating urban and rural development and promoting new urbanization.At present,China has won an all-round victory in the fight against poverty,and we have created another human miracle that shines in history.At the same time,it is still important to consolidate the achievements of the battle against poverty,prevent poverty return and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The key to rural stability and development lies in the economy.Employment is very important for people to achieve prosperity and promote new progress in Rural Revitalization.In this paper,the research on industrial revitalization promoting the employment of relocated immigrants has certain theoretical and practical significance.Taking x Town,Xuanwei City,Yunnan Province as the research object,this paper systematically combs the literature research of domestic and foreign scholars on industrial revitalization promoting the employment of relocated immigrants,and adopts the research methods of literature research,case study and questionnaire survey under the guidance of participatory governance theory,human capital theory and sustainable development theory,This paper makes a systematic study on the industrial revitalization of X town to promote the employment of relocated immigrants.On the basis of investigation and research,drawing on the research and practical experience at home and abroad,this paper proposes to improve the awareness of active employment and stimulate the new driving force of industrial revitalization and employment for X town;Optimize the industrial structure and build a new pattern of industrial revitalization and employment promotion;Multiple coordination to consolidate the effect of industrial revitalization and employment promotion;Continue to forge ahead,and do a good job in the coordinated development of poverty prevention and industrial revitalization.The research of this paper not only has a certain theoretical reference for the industrial revitalization of X town to boost the employment of relocated immigrants,but also has a certain practical guiding value for Yunnan Province and even other similar areas in China.
