The nineteenth party proposed a strategy for the revival of rural areas and emphasized that the issue of " agriculture,agriculture and agriculture " is a key issue that is related to the environment In the environmental question,we must always focus on solving the problems of agriculture and rural farmers On the basis of rural revitalization,we present five aspects: industrial revitalization,organizational revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization and ecological revitalization.Rural revitalization and industrial revitalization are the key points,and industrial revitalization cannot be separated from the cornerstone role played by talents,so talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization.To promote rural revitalization,it is necessary to cultivate and build a strong talent team that can be used to unite the popularity of rural development.According to the census data,there are 482.29 million rural laborers and 285.6 million migrant workers in China.At present,China’s rural labor force is developing rapidly,and its relative quantity is huge.However,it faces two major problems.First,the quality of the labor force is uneven,and the cultural quality of most of the labor force is not high,and the jobs that are engaged in are relatively simple in physical strength.Secondly,there is the surplus of agricultural labor force and the scarcity of high-tech jobs.Part of the labor force that exceeds the demand of agricultural labor force is constantly separated from the agricultural field,and it becomes the rural labor force and is not put into social production,while other jobs that need professional skills are left unattended.On the one hand,these problems make the vast rural labor force groups not enjoy the benefits brought by social and economic development,and make people’s satisfaction low.On the other hand,it also hinders the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,this paper will study its influence on rural labor employment from the perspective of human capital,and put forward corresponding solutions.The main idea of this article is divided into six parts: the first chapter,the introduction,an overview of the background,meaning and methods of this document,an overview of the state of research on human capital,rural labor and jobs at home and abroad,and summarizes the importance of this document and possible innovations In the second chapter,an overview of relevant theoretical studies,the definition of relevant concepts and the creation of a theoretical basis for the entire study The third chapter describes the state of affairs socioeconomic development of Changsha County,and then grandparents introduces the current level of human capital in Changsha County,the industries engaged by the labor force and the wage distribution.It lays the foundation for the empirical research in Chapter Four.In chapter four,the empirical results SPSS that education,training and health can promote employment differentiation and wage income,but the higher the education,the lower the job satisfaction.The older you get,the lower your income,but the higher your job satisfaction.The fifth chapter puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the human capital level of rural labor force in Changsha County.
