Athletics is one of the most popular sporting events of the Olympic Games.Its development cannot be separated from human progress.It is closely related to people's life and practical activities,and it is basically required by people's daily life to walk,run,jump,and vote.The composition of sports skills has the positive effect of improving the health level and enhancing the physical fitness.However,with the continued decline in the health and physical fitness of adolescents,especially the sustained decline in speed,strength and endurance,the physical health of young people is worrying.On the other hand,due to the unbalanced development of track and field events in school sports and the monotony of teaching methods,traditional track and field sports programs are increasingly unable to meet the needs of young people.Under this circumstance,the IAAF launched a children's interest track and field program and used it nationwide.The project aims to cultivate children's interest in participating in track and field,and to provide students with a collective form of teamwork to enable students to promote the healthy development of children while learning track and field skills,and to promote a new track and field form for children's physical fitness.In this study,eight weeks of experimental teaching of children's interest in track and field,the fourth-year and second-grader students aged 9 to 10 in the French International School in Guangzhou City were selected as experimental subjects,and they were used as experimental and control classes,respectively.Laws,teaching experiment methods,mathematical statistics methods,logical analysis methods and other methods were used to study the impact of the International Athletics Association children's fun track and field events on pupils' sensitive quality.Analyze and compare the data before and after the experiment,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Children's fun track and field can improve the ability of 9-10 year-old pupils to change directions quickly.After eight weeks of different track and field teaching contents,it was analyzed that the cross quadrant jump performances of the experimental class and the control class all improved significantly.However,the children's fun track and field classes were more effective in improving theexperimental class.(2)Children's fun track and field can improve the ability of 9-10 year-old pupils to respond quickly to maintain their physical balance.After eight weeks of teaching experiments,it was concluded that the T-sensitive test scores of the experimental class and the control class students were significantly improved,but the experimental class had more obvious advantages than the control class.(3)Children's fun track and field can improve the 9-10 year-old pupils' ability to predict the spatial position.After eight weeks of different teaching experiments,the results showed that the 4X10 meter return run scores of the experimental class and the control class students were significantly improved,but the experimental class was more effective than the control class.(4)Children's fun track and field can improve the physical coordination of upper and lower school pupils aged 9-10.After eight weeks of different track and field teaching,the results of the analysis showed that both the experimental class and the control class showed significant improvements in the student's 1-minute skipping performance before and after the experiment,indicating that the two different teaching methods all have a physical coordination ability for students.The development has a promoting effect,but the experiment class is more interesting for children's interest in track and field teaching,and the teaching effect is better.
