With the deepening of basic education reform,from "double base" to "four base" and then to "three dimensional target",to the six core qualities of mathematics subject advocated now,we find that mathematics education should realize the transformation from utilitarian education to quality-oriented education.At the same time,with the deepening of education research,education researchers found that the view of mathematics has gradually become an important factor affecting students’ mathematics learning,but there’s less research on the factors affecting the view of mathematics.However,at present,school teachers and students have not paid enough attention to the concept of mathematics.The main purpose of this study is to explore whether math reading can affect students’ view of math.Restricted by the compilation of textbooks,there are certain limitations in the content and presentation of mathematical reading in mathematics textbooks.Therefore,mathematical reading in this study refers to mathematics extra-curricular reading.In terms of theoretical research,on the basis of literature review and data analysis,I summarized,thought about the vacancy of existing achievements,and pointed out the feasibility of this research.In the empirical research part,the first part is the investigation and research on the mathematical reading needs of senior high school students.According to the feedback information,the principles of mathematical reading materials for the reading experiment are determined:(1)developing its moral education function(2)developing the core literacy of mathematics(3)fully embodies the beauty of mathematics(4)emphasising on science and diversity(5)arousing the interest in reading.Then carry out empirical research on the influence of math reading on high school students’ math view,including experimental research,interview research,comprehensive analysis of three aspects.According to the data analysis of experimental research and the analysis of interview results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)mathematics reading can overall improve the level of the students’ mathematics view(2)mathematics reading has the greatest influence on students with low level mathematics view(3)mathematics reading has a greater impact on the mathematics view of students with higher Chinese level(4)mathematics reading has more influence on students’ mathematics view with more positive reading attitude(5)mathematical view of mathematics reading for boys and girls has no significant Differences.
