| The core issue of this paper is: effective teaching and learning in high school ideology and politics classes.The basic hypothesis is that effective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes,i.e.the impact on students’ political literacy,moral quality and value orientation,depends on the mutual coordination and adaptation of the elements of the teaching system and on the positive effects of the teaching process and the teaching environment.In order to base the study on empirical evidence,three high schools in Ganxian District,Ganzhou City,were selected as examples for this paper.The paper is divided into five main parts.Chapter 1 is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background of the study,focusing on the necessity and importance of researching effective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes in terms of both theoretical significance and practical needs.It also reviews the current state of research at home and abroad,draws on the results of existing academic research,and explores the significance of this topic and research methods.Chapter 2 provides an overview of senior secondary ideology and politics.By sorting out the theories related to effective teaching,the basic contents of effective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes are formed.At the same time,the theoretical foundations of effective teaching are pursued,based on the fields of philosophy and pedagogy.Chapter 3 provides an analysis of the elements of effective teaching and learning in senior secondary ideology and politics classes.The effective teaching system is split into four major elements,namely the subject element,the object element,the environment element and the process element,thus forming the basic framework of this paper.Chapter 4 is an analysis of the current situation of effective teaching in high school ideology and politics classes.The questionnaire was designed from four major elements and distributed to some teachers and students in three high schools in Ganxian District,Ganzhou City.The reasons for these problems are then analysed.Chapter 5 presents the ways to optimise effective teaching and learning in senior secondary ideology and politics classes.Four countermeasures are proposed to address the causes of the problems: strengthening the teacher team,giving full play to students’ subjective functions,creating a harmonious teaching environment and building a student-based classroom teaching system. |
