| Education reform is in full swing in our country.The education problem has been more and more concerned by the nation and the people.New curriculum reform is also carried out unceasingly,which promotes the quality education development,realizes education optimization and promotion.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the requirements of the education department on the classroom teaching and management of senior high school are becoming more and more strict,and the requirements on the classroom management ability of senior high school teachers are also becoming higher and higher.But in China’s rural ordinary high schools,students are poor,their scores are not high,their self-consciousness is generally low,and they lack motivation and perseverance in learning.Therefore,classroom problems frequently appear.As teachers in rural high schools on the front line,they may focus on teaching,students and teaching progress,but few people pay attention to classroom management in rural high schools.The purpose of this paper is to raise rural high school teachers’ attention to classroom management and promote the reform and implementation of the new curriculum.This paper takes four representative rural ordinary high schools in C District of S city as samples,and adopts literature study,questionnaire survey,interview method,observation method,etc.From the five different dimensions of classroom management concept,classroom environment management,classroom interpersonal relationship management,classroom management mode and classroom discipline management in rural ordinary high schools,the current situation of classroom management in rural ordinary high schools is deeply investigated and studied.And the following problems are found:First,the concept of classroom management is backward.Second,classroom environment management is poor.Third,the interpersonal relationship in class is not harmonious.Fourth,classroom management emphasizes control.Fifth,the classroom discipline management is rigid.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,according to the problems of classroom management in rural senior high schools,I deeply analyze the reasons from school,family and society,and put forward some measures to improve the efficiency of classroom management in rural senior high schools.First,update the concept of classroom management.Second,create a good classroom environment.Third,optimize the interpersonal relationship in class.Fourth,change the classroom management mode.Fifth,improve classroom discipline management. |
