Since the implementation of the new curriculum, Both the teachers and students have undergone tremendous changes.As a link between teachers and students--classroom-also changed. through renewing the teaching idea, changing the teaching methods, adopting new the teaching methods, classroom has changed the past of the oppressive atmosphere, showing a free and easy atmosphere. However, many problems appear in the process of specific operation. In order to improve the efficiency of the classroom, to promote the all-round development of students, the article investigate and study the teachers and students of Dongyuan middle school in Heyuan to find out the problems and put forward the corresponding solutions.The paper mainly researched through literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and observation method. The research object I choose is the Dongyuan high school in Heyuan. I dispensed270teachers’ questionnaires and360students’ questionnaires, observed classroom for9times, interviewed with16teachers and20students. After the Collation and analysis of the effective questionnaire, observation and interview record, I found that some teachers’ goals are not clear, the classroom atmosphere is not harmonious, the relationship between teachers and students is indifferent, class time arranges unreasonable, classroom organization is not thorough in the practice of teaching, So it is necessary to establish the education thought about harmonious management, to Promote the elements of classroom including target, environment, organizational and interpersonal relationships for portfolio optimization, to arouse students’ enthusiasm in classroom, so as to realize the harmonious development. This dissertation tries to find out the strategy of harmonious management under the guidance of harmonious thought into the classroom management.
