| Moral education management is an important part of rural middle school management and an important link to promote the comprehensive development of rural middle school students.In the environment of actively promoting curriculum reform and quality education,moral quality,as a key part of quality education,also attracts people’s attention.For students’ growth and moral education,middle school is in a very critical period.However,there are many new problems and new work in the moral education management of rural middle schools.General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned at the 2018 National Education Conference that "the whole society should make its due contribution in the development process of the education cause." Home-school linkage education is an important way to create a good educational atmosphere,establish a multi-party linkage platform,and form a social coeducation system.However,home school linkage education work is quite complex and face many difficulties,in the linkage moral education mechanism,the two main body have their own advantages and disadvantages,two subjects from students’ quality improvement,complement each other,hand in hand can make home school linkage education education mechanism is feasible,effective and scientific.The main content of this paper is to explain the difficulties in the process of moral education management in rural middle schools,analyze the reasons,and explore the effective way to establish middle school home-school linkage moral education.This paper takes G Middle School in Chaoyang District of Shantou city as an example to explore the problems and reasons of moral education management in G Middle School,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: introduction,in briefly expounds the research purpose and research significance of this paper,induction and sort out the scholars at home and abroad about the moral education management and home-school linkage moral education research results,on the basis of the existing research,the "moral education","moral education management","the home-school linkage" is carried on the concept.This is also the starting point of home-school linkage moral education research.The second part: The basic theory of home-school moral education.The familyschool co-education mechanism is a new type of family-school co-education mechanism,which is based on the concepts of overlapping fields of influence and common responsibility.At the same time,home-school moral education is the main means to form the resultant force of education and realize the joint education of parents,schools and society.The third part: The investigation and study on the current situation of moral education management in G middle schools,and the survey data were sorted and analyzed,analyze the problems existing in the moral education management in rural middle schools,as well as the reasons for the lack of school and family participation in moral education management,and then put forward strategies to solve the problems.The fourth part: for the lack of moral education management,explore by the education mode,education policy,education subject and education view aspects,based on home-school linkage theory,the optimization policy,rich home-school linkage education,enhance education main quality part of actively seek to solve the current rural middle school moral education management dilemma scientific path. |
