On September 15,2020,the "Several Opinions on Further Stimulating the Vitality of Primary and Secondary Schools" proposed that it is necessary to fully stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of principals and teachers in education,and form a good situation in which the talents of teachers and students are fully flowing and the vitality of schools is bursting out.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the long-term goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035,including building strength in education.Under the guidance of the goal of education modernization,reconstructing the core of the quality of primary and secondary school teachers and building a team of high-quality teachers are the keystone for our country to successfully achieve the ?2035goal‘.In the context of the country’s great emphasis on education,the reform of the education ecological environment is not achieved overnight,and it still needs a long time to finally implement it,which has also led to many teachers’ confusion about the future of their professions.In July 2021,the "double reduction" policy was promulgated,and the implementation of this policy is indeed to free students from heavy off-campus training,let them return to campus education,and return education to the essence,but this will inevitably increase the workload of teachers.In addition,due to the influence of social factors,personal development factors,income factors,psychological factors and many other aspects,negative work behaviors gradually occur.In recent years,teachers have a high incidence of negative work behavior,which not only seriously affects the teaching level,but also affects the development of students and the family-school cooperation.How to effectively avoid and eliminate the impact of these negative work behaviors and improve teachers’ work enthusiasm has become the focus of the management of education departments.The object of this paper are the full-time teachers in public elementary school.It selected the Z primary school in Beibei district as the research scope.By many means to collect relevant data and information,such as literature search,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation.To summary the full-time teachers‘ negative work behavior types and influence factors.To analysis of the reasons,and then puts forward the feasible improvement measures.This study has seven parts.The first part introduces the background and importance of this paper,summarizes relevant research at home and abroad,and analyzes the ideas and methods of this paper.The second part explains the concept of full-time primary school teachers and negative work behavior.Summarizes the theory of equity,demand level theory,two-factor incentive theory and the competence model theory.The third part is the hypothesis and theoretical model of the influence factors of the negative work behavior of public primary school full-time teachers.This chapter screens the three main factors of job characteristics,job competence and job satisfaction,analyzes the mechanism of influence of these three main influencing factors on negative work behavior,assuming that these three factors are significantly related to negative work behavior.The fourth part is an empirical analysis based on the factors influencing the negative work behavior of full-time teachers of Z Primary School in Beibei District.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,SPSS was used to analyze the research hypothesis one by one and conclude that the hypothesis was established.The fifth part is the performance and cause of the negative work behavior of the full-time teachers in public primary schools.The sixth part is the improvement strategy of the negative work behavior of the full-time teachers in public primary schools,taking the education administration department and the school as the two directions,focusing on improving the teachers’ capacity-building and paying attention to the teachers’ mental health.The last part is the conclusion and prospect,and summarizes the shortcomings in the research.The moral sentiment of teachers directly affect the cultivation of students’ personality.In order to build a high-quality team of teachers,we must pay more attention to the mental health and work behavior of them while emphasizing the promotion of their knowledge and ability. |
