Rural Primary Education is an important part of China’s basic education.The mental outlook and working attitude of rural primary school teachers play a decisive role in the quality of school education and the overall development of schools.How to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of Rural Primary School Teachers,attract and retain outstanding talents to teach in rural areas is one of the tasks of education administrative departments and school administrators at all levels.School administrators need to use various incentive theories to formulate incentive measures suitable for rural primary schools so that all teachers can deal with the opportunities and challenges in their work with a positive attitude,so as to improve the overall teaching level and quality of primary schools in rural areas.However,at present,the research on Rural Primary School Teachers’ motivation is relatively weak,so it is very important to find out how to construct rural primary school teachers ’ motivation mechanism scientifically and reasonably by using the existing motivation theory and university motivation experience at home and abroad for reference.The subject of this thesis is the teachers of Laixi x Primary School in Qingdao,by using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and individual interview,this paper investigates the effect of the incentive mechanism of the management of rural primary school teachers,the main problems in the incentive mechanism of teachers,and the causes of the problems of the incentive mechanism of teachers,it also puts forward specific strategies to improve the incentive mechanism in the management of rural primary school teachers,in order to provide feasible reference for school management workers.Paper’s research object is Qingdao lacey had X primary school teachers,by the methods of literature,questionnaire and individual interview method to survey incentive effects of the rural primary school teachers management,the main problems existing in the process of teachers’ motivation,teachers incentive problem causes,and put forward to improve rural primary school teachers management measures in the specific incentive strategy,In order to provide feasible reference for school management workers.Teacher motivation is the process that managers adopt some means and establish some system to stimulate teachers to work hard in education and teaching,that is to say,the problem of arousing teachers’ enthusiasm.Incentive strategy refers to the incentive means and incentive measures taken by the incentive subject to achieve effective incentives.Since the beginning of the 20 th century,some western psychologists,management and sociologists have made in-depth research on motivation from different angles and put forward motivation theory,this article draws on the two factor theory of content based motivation and the Equity theory theory of process based motivation.The motivation factors and health care factors in the two-factor theory can be used to analyze the motivation needs of rural primary school teachers.Equity Theory is an incentive for people to work hard by comparing what they earn with what others earn,to see if the ratio is right and if they can derive a sense of fairness from it.In addition,China’s scholars combined with foreign incentive theory and China ’ s actual situation,put forward a comprehensive incentive theory and synchronous incentive theory.The above theory provides a good reference and enlightenment for us to study the incentive problem of rural primary school teachers.Based on the investigation,the author finds that the following problems exist in the motivation of primary school teachers in rural areas: firstly,the managers ’ motivation awareness is not in place,the motivation pertinence is not strong;secondly,the material motivation is not in place;thirdly,the existing incentive system is not perfect.Through the analysis,the author concludes that the main reasons for the existing problems in rural primary school teachers’ incentive mechanism are: managers’ incentive ideas are relatively lagging;The increasing demand of teachers is in contradiction with the existing incentive mechanism and the reason of teachers themselves.In view of the above problems and causes,the author puts forward the following strategies to improve the motivation of rural primary school teachers: Recognizing the importance of teacher motivation,schools should set up a people-oriented motivation concept,and pay attention to the reasonable material needs of teachers,enrich the form of incentives;improve the incentive mechanism;strengthen the self-motivation of teachers and so on.
