With the continuous penetration of information technology in the field of education,information technology has played an important role in the development of education,it is a driving force for improving the quality of teaching,changing the way of learning,deepening education reform,and promoting education equity.As a front-line teaching worker,teachers are the pioneers in the development of educational informatization and the executors of educational reform.The application of information technology has become an important skill in the professional development of teachers.As a prospective teacher in the future,the pre-service teacher's level of information technology application ability plays an important role in the future teaching quality.Therefore,in the pre-service education stage,it is very important to train the pre-service teachers to develop good information technology application capabilities and adapt them to the new development and new requirements of the information society.Full-time Master of Education As a high-division,high-quality future primary and secondary school teacher,information technology application skills are an essential skill.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the basic situation of the application skills of full-time education masters in information technology,what problems have arisen in the development process,and what are the reasons for the development of the application skills of full-time education masters in information technology,according to the development problems And the reasons for the impact,can you find a solution to the problem,these are issues that need to be explored further.This paper first analyzes the concepts of full-time education master,information technology,and information technology application capabilities through literature analysis,taking 173 full-time masters of education from H University as the research object,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate and analyze the learning attitude,technical environment,information responsibility,resource preparation,practical application and practical reserve of the full-time education master in information technology application ability.basic situation,using SPSS data analysis software,statistical analysis to understand the current status of the development of the full-time education master's information technology application capabilities.Secondly,this article deeply explores the factors affecting the development of information technology application skills of full-time education masters,using literature analysis,analysis and conclusion of self-attitude concept,school support,related policies,educational internships,and related information technology courses may have an impact on the development of information technology application ability of full-time education masters,using questionnaires to further investigate and analyze self-attitude concepts,school support,related policies,educational internships,and related information technology courses can have a direct impact on the application skills of full-time education masters in information technology,using SPSS data analysis software,statistical analysis shows that relevant information technology courses,educational internships,school support,related policies and self-attitude concepts will affect the development of information technology application skills of full-time education masters.Finally,aiming at the problems and influencing factors in the development of information technology application ability of full-time education masters,the paper proposes strategies to improve the application skills of full-time education masters in information technology,add technical courses,strengthen information technology capacity training,add practical courses,improve information technology and curriculum integration capabilities,provide first-line classroom practice opportunities,strengthen practical skills,establish educational internship evaluation standards,improve learning attitudes,and create theoretical practice Educational internship,cultivate information literacy,improve software and hardware facilities,provide high-quality teaching environment,carry out practical activities,provide training opportunities,improve teacher guidance,and enhance student awareness,universities and governments establish linkage mechanisms to jointly promote capacity development.
