Educational tourism is an important part of comprehensive practical activities,an innovative form of connecting internal and external education,and an effective way to realize quality education.As a participant in the educational tourism,students will perceive and evaluate their activities after taking part in the tour.Their satisfaction with the study tour will directly affect the students’ participation enthusiasm,the quality and the educational effect of the study tour.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to investigate and study the satisfaction of educational tourism from the perspective of students.Based on the relevant documents of Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province,combined with the previous research results on "satisfaction of educational tourism ",this study constructs the "evaluation system" from the four dimensions: research preparation,implementation,organization and management and research results.Besides,the study selects 495 junior middle school students who have participated in educational tourism as the survey objects.The study shows the current situation of students’ satisfaction through questionnaire survey,use IPA analysis method to clarify the advantages and existing problems during educational tourism and analyze the reasons and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve students’ satisfaction and help the smooth implementation of educational tourism.The results show that students believe that food matching,room facilities and meals are important,but seminar on code of conduct,the production of manual,the proportion of teaching and service personnel and safety lectures are less important.Students are satisfied with the improvement of independence,research topics,staff service,teaching attitude and knowledge growth,but less satisfied with the ratio of personnel,the production of manual,safety lectures and student mobilization meeting.According to 23 indicators in the IPA quadrant,combined with the interview,this paper puts forward four inferior Breakthrough Strategies: implement the accommodation link,equip the logistics of research and study,standardize the research and study courses and strengthen the feedback mechanism;Three gradual improvement strategies: paying attention to the development of pre trip activities,carefully designing research and learning manuals,controlling the proportion of teaching and service personnel and hiring professional research and learning tutors;One positive innovation strategy and three advantage continuation strategies: introducing advanced teaching equipment,carefully selecting and cooking food,and tripartite collaborative risk assessment.
