Learning scaffolding is a teaching tool based on Vygotsky’s theory of proximal development zone.The application of learning scaffolding in the teaching process can effectively help students to cross the nearest development zone and reach the next development stage.Through literature review and practical observation,this study found that the learning stent has been applied in modern prose teaching in junior middle school,but there are still some deficiencies in the classification of learning stent in modern prose teaching in junior middle school,such as the lack of specific learning stent classification and the lack of application suggestions for different types of learning stent.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct a systematic study on the application of learning scaffolds in the teaching of modern prose in junior middle schools,find the deficiencies and summarize relevant strategies.Based on the theory of zone of Proximal development and constructivism learning theory,this study conducted a full sample study on the provincial and ministerial modern prose excellent courses on the official website of "One Teacher,one Excellent Course".Using the research methods such as classroom observation,text analysis from the selection of scaffold type,learning scaffolding,learning scaffolding design dimensions of 422 junior middle school modern prose lesson the statistical analysis of the system,and the analysis of learning scaffolding in different types of junior high school the application status of modern prose teaching,explore the effective learning scaffolding application experience and problems,put forward the effective suggestion of learning stent application.The study reached the following conclusions:1.According to different functions,learning scaffolds can be divided into five categories: situational scaffolds,directional scaffolds,inquiry scaffolds,resource scaffolds and evaluation scaffolds.Among them,exploratory stents were most widely used,while evaluation stents and pointing stents were seldom used.2.There is a certain suitability between learning scaffolding and modern prose teaching in junior middle school.3.There are some problems in the application of learning scaffold in the excellent course of modern prose in junior middle school.It mainly includes: the application of stent is only a formality,and the effectiveness is low;scaffolding form is single,lack of vitality;incorrect timing of scaffold construction hinders teaching.4.The effective experience in the excellent course is summarized and some suggestions on the application of learning stent are put forward.It includes the selection of learning stents and the application design of various learning stents.The shortcoming of this study is that the stent application suggestions proposed in this paper need to be improved in practice.
