Modern prose reading instruction is an important part of middle high school Chinese teaching.Most of the chosen modern prose on textbooks are classic articles with high literary quality and beauty,deeply loved by teachers and students for their beautiful language,sincere emotion and rich content.Modern prose reading instruction in middle high school aims to enrich student's emotional experience and improve their aesthetic appreciation and pragmatic ability.In spite of the endless research on modern prose reading instruction in recent years,the teaching effect is not satisfactory.Through the analysis of Hangzhou's high school entrance examination papers in recent ten years,it is found that the examination questions about modern prose still occupy mostly half of the paper,but student's score rate is generally not high.It is of great practical significance to optimize the prose reading instruction,break the situation of arbitrary,patterned and inefficiency,and improve student's ability of independent reading and appreciating prose.Based on the Chinese textbook of middle high school,this paper makes a special study on how to optimize the prose reading instruction in middle high school.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are five chapters:The first chapter analyzes the requirements of the new curriculum standard on modern prose reading instruction in middle high school,and sorts out the compilation of modern prose in the middle high school Chinese textbook edited by the Ministry of Education,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent writing of this paper.The second chapter,based on a large quantity of teaching case analysis,studies the current status of modern prose reading instruction in middle high school from three aspects,namely,the setup of teaching objectives,the selection of teaching contents and the implementation of teaching methods,summarizes the existing problems and analyzes attributions.The third chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of teaching objectives.Aiming at the existing problems in setup of teaching objectives,based on the curriculum standards,teaching materials and learning conditions,thischapter scientifically constructs the teaching objectives of modern prose from the three dimensions of overall positioning,hierarchical design and accurate statement.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of teaching content,aiming at the problems in the selection of teaching content,grasps the subjectivity of prose,focuses on the individualized language expression and unique emotion cognition of prose,and restores the "prose flavor" of modern prose teaching content.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of teaching methods.Aiming at the problems existing in the way of teaching,on the basis of text reading theory,dialogue teaching theory and aesthetic theory,from three teaching methods of comparison,the problem-based,and experience,this chapter try to carry out effective methods which point to comprehensive interpret the prose,find a proper breakthrough point in teaching,and conduce the students back to the first feelings.
