| With the deepening of the reform of geography curriculum and college entrance examination system in senior high school,the cultivation and implementation of geographic key competence of students have been become the focus of geography education and teaching.Geography life-oriented teaching,as an effective link to guide students to connect the knowledge of geography with the reality of life,plays an important role in cultivating students’ geographical key competence.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and other ways,this paper was studied the current situation of geography life-oriented teaching in senior high school based on key competence,analyzed the existing problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of teachers,and designed teaching cases on this basis.Firstly,this paper was analyzed the development of life-oriented teaching at home and abroad by consulting domestic and foreign references.It’s expounded the necessity of insisting on carrying out life-oriented teaching by studying the contents of teaching materials and refining the examination materials of past years.Then on the basis of literature reading and the author’s teaching practice,it was combined with a line of geography teachers and other experts advice,wrote questionnaire,found that the current situation and problems of life-oriented teaching based on the key competence of high school geography are as follows.(1)teachers and students agreed to carry out life-oriented teaching,but actual participation of students is not high.Lack of varieties of curriculum design and organizational forms,students had few opportunities to participate in the hands-on.(2)Students’ key competence of geography was needed to be further cultivated and improved.(3)In actual teaching,the combination of key competence and life-oriented teaching was not high,and teachers lacked systematic strategies to carry out life-oriented teaching based on key competence.In view of the problems found,it’s combined with the characteristics of geography,from the perspective of teachers,this paper was tried to put forward the following life-oriented teaching strategies of geography in senior high school based on key competence.(1)Teaching activities should be carried out in daily life and the concept of human-land coordination should be firmly established.Attach importance to providing and building real situations for students,such as carrying out role play or using geographical festivals to carry out activities,attract students to participate in life-oriented teaching activities,and establish correct concepts.(2)The teaching content should be life-oriented and comprehensive thinking should be gradually cultivated.Varieties of life-oriented content should be added in the class,such as setting up open theme exploration and paying attention to the connection with other subjects,so as to promote students’ comprehensive understanding and improve their comprehensive thinking.(3)The teaching resources should be from our daily life,and constantly enhance regional cognition.Through the combination of classic cases and local geographic resources,aided by map and geographic information technology,it is beneficial to enhance students’ regional cognition.(4)The teaching form should be life-oriented,focus on improving the practice of geography.Through experimental teaching,practice and so on,students are actively encouraged to participate in the combination of theory and practice,while improving geography skills and tempering willpower.Finally,taking “Biosphere Vegetation”,Volume 1,and another one,compulsory book of Lu Jiao Edition(2019 edition)as an example,the strategies proposed were integrated into the class with case studies as the media to explore the implementation of key competence in the process of geography life-oriented teaching in senior high school. |
