| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the textbook construction has gradually risen to the national authority,and the policy documents on the relevant teaching materials have been issued intensively,and the state has attached more and more importance to the textbooks.With the implementation of the private education promotion law of the People’s Republic of China,the development of private education,2013 to 2018 five years revised the law,the state attaches more and more attention to private education,the number of private colleges and universities in the national colleges and universities has nearly 30%,has become a very important force in our country.Although the teaching material industry has made great development in recent years,there are still many problems.In the whole higher education,this thesis focuses on the quality of teaching materials in private colleges and universities.This thesis focuses on literature research,questionnaire research and quantitative and qualitative analysis research.First of all,understand the research situation of home and abroad through literature review,and preset the research direction of this thesis according to the views of previous people and the questions raised.In order to further study,this thesis selected representative N colleges in private universities,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the use effect of teachers and students.After obtaining the feedback information related to the textbook,the data statistics were used to reflect the quality of the textbook.In addition to teachers and students use feedback,from the selection of N college in recent three semesters of one thousand kinds of textbooks publication date,publishing edition,publishing house distribution,planning the proportion of national textbooks,the average supply of each publisher and national press supply of textbooks also conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis.Statistical analysis can draw the rules and trends,and then enhance the horizontal comparison of conclusions between different research methods.In addition,this thesis creatively introduces the concept of "lag difference" in the publication date of the textbook,so as to reflect the lag and outdated situation of the textbooks used by students,so that the previous qualitative description has evolved into a specific quantitative analysis.To sum up,the quality of Chinese private colleges and universities mainly choose old,national planning textbooks decline,repeatedly reprint the importance of classic teaching materials,procurement sources,before and after the correlation of the selected teaching materials,teaching materials choose insufficient reference information,relevant administrative teachers do not pay attention to,teaching materials selection process teacher participation is not enough.Finally,in order to improve the quality of teaching materials,according to the above problems,this thesis gives the corresponding measures,the first is from the system construction of colleges and universities for specific problems,formulate relevant system documents,through targeted system documents to reduce the uncertainty in the process of textbook selection,not only rely on the teacher’s moral constraints and consciousness.The second is from the perspective of personnel training and configuration,no matter what kind of problems are ultimately related to the specific executor.As long as we do a good job of relevant training for the executor for specific problems and objectives,and control the balance between the workload and the quantity of personnel allocation,we will achieve positive results.The third is to strengthen the information construction of teaching materials,the new era of teaching materials work needs to have a new era. |
