become the main battlefield of public opinion struggle,and online public opinion has become an important part of public opinion.College students are the most active groups in the network.College students understand and explore the world through the network,and participate in network activities to express online.The online public opinion of college students is the sum of the opinions,opinions and emotional willingness expressed by college students on the Internet platform on public events of interest or related to their own interests.The guidance of college students’ online public opinion plays an important role in promoting the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,fully implementing the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people,maintaining the ideological security of national network awareness,promoting the all-round development of college students,and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.The construction will promote the scientific and systematization of college students’ network public opinion guidance work.At present,the academic research on the guidance of college students’ online public opinion has been very rich,but there is still less research on the guidance mechanism of college students’ online public opinion,which needs to be expanded.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the guidance mechanism of college students’ network public opinion.This paper uses the method of literature research,system analysis,and inductive summary to study the guidance mechanism of college students’ network public opinion from the perspective of "three full-education".The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,related research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods and innovations.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis of the thesis.It explains the concept of " three full-education ",and defines the concept of college students’ network public opinion guidance.A basic overview of the relevant theoretical foundations,including the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on "social conditions and public opinion",the theory of comprehensive human development,the concept of information cocoon room,"silence spiral" effect,agenda setting theory,"gatekeeper" theory,Secondary Communication Theory.The third chapter affirms that while the current college students’ network public opinion guidance has achieved results,there are still some problems in guiding subjects,guiding objects,and guiding carriers.According to the existing problems,the corresponding reasons are analyzed.The fourth chapter is based on the problems and reasons of college students’ network public opinion guidance,and puts forward the specific mechanism construction of college students’ network public opinion guidance from the perspective of " three full-education ".The first is to build a full-staff guidance mechanism for college students’ online public opinion,which is to strengthen the leadership team,strengthen the team of ideological and political teachers,and strengthen the construction of other teams in colleges and universities.Second,by strengthening the expression mechanism,establishing and improving the monitoring and early warning mechanism,improving the emergency guidance mechanism,and establishing the supervision,feedback,and evaluation mechanism,we will build a whole-process guidance mechanism for college students’
