| In the final analysis,rural revitalization depends on talent,and talent training depends on education.So as to achieve the great goal of revitalizing the countryside,we must attach importance to rural basic education fundamentally.At present,it is the top priority of China’s education cause to realize rural revitalization with high quality education and establish the link between it and education,and it is also the primary responsibility of China’s education practitioners.There are many social contradictions in the early days after foundation of our country.After years of development,most of them were resolved.With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,new contradictions gradually emerged,mainly reflected in the inability of social development resources to meet the needs of high-quality life,and the contradictions between the two became more and more obvious.In the field of education,Mainly embodied in the high quality education resources and the people are eager to be the contradiction between the higher education.In the past40 years of reform and opening up,China’s rural basic education has made remarkable achievements,but there are still serious problems such as insufficient quality development of students and difficulty in promoting quality education.In this paper can be divided into six sections,rural basic education in Y county of shandong province as the investigation object,conducting detailed research into rural,education level of rural existing objective and comprehensive description of through analysis of survey data collection,in order to find out there are drawbacks,and careful analysis of the cause of the defects,after serious relative data and literatures,Propose suggestions and improvement strategies.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which focuses on the background of the investigation and its significance.Meanwhile,relevant academic materials at home and abroad are consulted,the specific research content and methods are summarized,and certain innovations are made.The second part mainly focuses on some relevant theories and basic concepts of basic education,and elaborates concepts such as basic education,rural revitalization,quality evaluation,compulsory development balance,education equity and other theories.The third part is Y county rural basic education quality evaluation,in line with the scientific nature,the principle of independence and the selection of evaluation index,and through the analysis of the entropy value method recycling questionnaire data,so as to build a comprehensive measure model,combining with the development of basic education in Y county rural process,respectively in Y county rural basic education quality as the single index analysis and comprehensive quality.The fourth part is Y county rural basic education development problems and causes analysis,through the analysis of the results found Y county rural basic education development problems,and its cause analysis.The fifth part is Y county rural basic education quality improvement strategy,by relying on the background of country revitalization,respectively from the government,society,school,teacher four subject put forward the corresponding countermeasures of the development of rural basic education,the government to increase resources optimization and policy support,social increasing the participation and the recognition on rural education,the school to strengthen its leadership and management,Rural teachers are taking on more responsibilities.The sixth part has carried on the comprehensive summary to the full text,and has made the objective prospect,at the same time has made the explanation which exists in this article. |
