Research On The Allocation Of Basic Education Resources Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)clearly stated the implementation of the "rural revitalization strategy",and the building of a beautiful countryside has become the goal of the people's joint efforts.Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization,improving their comprehensive quality plays a key role in rural construction,rural basic education is the most fundamental way to improve farmers' cultural quality.China's basic education level is improving on the whole,but there are still some basic education can not meet the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.The imbalanced and inadequate allocation of educational resources is an important factor restricting the development of rural basic education.Based on the field investigation of Qianshan city in Anhui Province,there are many problems in the hardware facilities,teaching staff,funds and other resources of rural basic education,which are mainly influenced by factors such as geographical environment,educational funds and policies.The development of basic education is the key to train and build beautiful rural talents,and the optimal allocation of resources is an important basis for the development of rural basic education.Therefore,in order to carry out the strategy of rural vitalization and develop rural basic education,the author puts forward some concrete ways to optimize the allocation of basic education resources.First of all,we should vigorously develop the rural economy,increase the investment of funds,and ensure that there are sufficient material premises for the optimal allocation of basic education resources.Secondly,"promoting excellence by law" ensures the optimal allocation of resources and provides strong institutional support for the optimal allocation of basic education resources.Finally,it is necessary to "build a strong" faculty to provide a fundamental guarantee for the optimal allocation of basic education resources.To optimize the allocation of resources to promote the development of rural basic education is conducive to the development of rural economy and to ensure that farmers live a well-off life.Is conducive to the prosperity of rural culture,coruscate rural civilization;It is conducive to improving the rural environment and realizing ecological livability.It is conducive to maintaining rural stability and ensuring effective governance.Rural vitalization can promote the development of rural basic education and optimize the allocation of resources.Qianshan city of Anhui Province,a model county of beautiful countryside,is taken asthe research object.This paper reviews the relevant theoretical and practical data on the allocation of rural basic education resources,and highlights the importance of optimizing the allocation of basic education resources under the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the field investigation of the basic schools in Qianshan city,Anhui Province,the author collected,sorted out and summarized relevant materials,combined theory with practice,analyzed specific problems and other marxist research methods,and proposed the optimal allocation of basic education resources under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Through the research,we hope to optimize the allocation of rural basic education resources in Qianshan city,develop rural basic education,and provide high-quality talents for the rural revitalization strategy.
