| Football is an important part of school sports and is popular with students of all ages.Colleges and universities play a leading role in the development of campus football activities.Strengthening the innovation of football teaching methods is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.At present,there are problems such as teachers’ teaching methods and poor quality of students’ learning in the teaching of public football elective courses in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to study the teaching methods of college football electives.The small field game method is a common method in football training,and the application of the small field game method to college football teaching helps students to better practice techniques and tactics.Objective: This study focuses on the general college student group,explores the teaching method of improving the teaching quality in the college football elective course,compares the load characteristics of football sports of two different teaching methods,draws experimental conclusions based on the experimental results,and provides certain ideas and suggestions for the practice of college football teaching.Methods: In this study,the literature method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,and experimental method were studied,in which the insa IT KS motion monitoring equipment was used to measure the exercise load data of students during the practice of the small field competition pedagogy and the traditional pedagogy.Conclusion:Study 1: Basic parts of teaching.(1)Among the running characteristics,there are very significant differences in "running total distance","walking or standing","jogging","low-speed running","medium-speed running" and "fast running"(P<0.01),among which the teaching method of small field competition "running total distance","jogging","low-speed running","medium-speed running" and "fast running" are significantly higher than the traditional teaching method,and "walking or standing" are lower than the traditional teaching method.(2)Among the technical and tactical characteristics,the "number of balls","number of passes" and "interception number" of the small field game teaching method are significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching method(P<0.01).(3)The maximum heart rate and average heart rate of the small field competition pedagogy are significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching method(P<0.01).Study 2: Teaching Competition Section.(1)Among the running characteristics,there are significant differences in "walking or standing","low-speed running","mediumspeed running" and "fast running"(P<0.01),among which the "low-speed running","medium-speed running" and "fast running" taught in small-field competitions are higher than traditional competition teaching,and "walking or standing" are lower than traditional competition teaching;(2)In the technical and tactical performance,the small-field competition teaching "number of balls","passes","passing successes","interception number","shooting number","goal number"(P<0.01)Each student can reproduce the content of the basic part of teaching in the teaching competition;(3)the maximum heart rate and average heart rate of the small field competition teaching are significantly higher than that of the traditional competition teaching(P<0.01). |
