In the post-epidemic era,the online and offline blended teaching model based on the Internet and big data has received extensive attention in undergraduate teaching in higher education.In order to promote the connotative development of higher education and strengthen the construction of a powerful country in higher education,in 2019,the Ministry of Education released the "Double Ten Thousand Plan",which launched the construction of national and provincial first-class undergraduate courses.In 2020,the first batch of national first-class courses was born,and the online and offline blended first-class courses are one of the five firstclass courses.However,there is currently no set of evaluation index system for online and offline blended courses,which is convenient for colleges,teachers and students to self-evaluate and improve the construction level of online and offline blended courses,thereby promoting the development of online and offline blended first-class courses.To this end,this study defines the connotation of the online and offline blended courses,sorts out the theoretical basis and teaching process of the online and offline blended courses,that is,after systematically understanding the online and offline blended courses,the three-level(6ⅹ12ⅹ26)evaluation index system for the construction level of online and offline blended courses is systematically constructed by using expert interviews and grounded theory research methods.Students are the main body of teaching,and this study takes undergraduates from a "double first-class" university as the object,the rationality of the evaluation index system was further verified empirically by using the questionnaire survey method;Based on the understanding of the online and offline blended courses and the suggestions of experts,the connotation of the evaluation index system is clarified;And then the weight of the evaluation index system is determined by the chromatographic analysis method(AHP);Finally the evaluation scale is designed according to the weights.The evaluation index system for the construction level of online and offline blended courses constructed in this study includes teaching philosophy and course objectives,teaching content and course resources,teaching teams and teaching methods,teaching platforms and teaching conditions,teaching evaluation and continuous improvement,teaching ecology and teaching effect,a total of 6 first-level indicators,includes teaching philosophy,course objectives,teaching content,course resources,teaching teams,teaching methods,teaching platforms,teaching conditions,teaching evaluation,continuous improvement,teaching ecology and teaching effect,a total of 12 secondary indicators,and includes 26 observation points.The weights of the 26 observation points in the evaluation index system are4.09%,4.09%,2.73%,2.73%,2.73%,2.83%,2.83%,2.83%,4.07%,4.07%,4.24%,4.24%,4.24%,4.24 %,4.25%,4.25%,4.07%,4.07%,4.07%,4.07%,4.25%,4.25%,4.09%,4.09%,4.15%,4.15%.This study systematically builds an evaluation index system for the construction level of online and offline blended courses,on the one hand,in theory,it can have a more systematical understanding of online and offline blended courses;One the other hand,in practice,it can provide reference for self-assessment and self-construction of online and offline blended courses,improve the level of course construction and teaching quality,and then implement the fundamental task of cultivating people.
